With the wave of global economic integration,various countries have been closely linked.Globalization is embodied in the political and economic fields,but also in all aspects of education.Today’s education is not just the education of a certain nation or country,but gradually towards internationalization.In order to keep up with the international development trend of China’s education and meet the needs of the education industry for high quality and internationalization,various schools at different stages in China are gradually introducing foreign expert teachers.It is no longer just the demand for foreign expert teachers in Colleges and universities,but more and more to the development of basic education and preschool education.In particular,private schools actively introduce foreign experts and teachers,and take this work as the key point of school running and the means to improve the teaching level of the school.The entry of foreign teachers helps to improve the English education level of primary and secondary schools in China.It is also an indispensable way for private schools to learn international educational technology,which is conducive to the development of schools.Therefore,many schools are adhering to it for a long time.In this case,the number of foreign teachers is more and more,so it also gives birth to a series of problems,so how to do a good job in the management of foreign teachers has become a big problem for schools that introduce foreign teachers.How to improve the success rate of recruitment,employ high-level and high-quality foreign teachers,how to retain excellent foreign teachers,and how to solve the conflict caused by the cultural differences between foreign teachers and our country,all these problems need to be solved.Established in September 2001,H private school is a high-end and high-quality school covering kindergartens and nine-year system.There are about 3500 students in the school.H private school belongs to B education group.B education group is the world’s leading k12 education group.Its business covers four sectors: domestic k12 education(with 80 kindergarten schools in many provinces in China),overseas K12 business(with 8 overseas K12 schools and10 overseas linguistics schools in Britain,America and Canada),and auxiliary education(study tour,camp education,English training,art examination training,study abroad promotion)Education,pre service training)and education technology(in the layout).Among the 80 kindergartens nationwide,more than half of them have demand for foreign teachers,with a total of more than 400 foreign teachers.In the future,with the growth of the International Department,there will be more demand for foreign teachers.It is hoped that the participation of foreign teachers can promote the deepening of the teaching reform of H school.Starting with creating a pure mother tongue language environment,we can help students quickly combine book knowledge with practical application.H school employs foreign teachers to carry out foreign language teaching.On the one hand,it complies with the national education policy and improves the level of foreign language teaching.On the other hand,it can promote academic exchanges and enhance the soft power and competitiveness of H school.The introduction of foreign teachers plays an important role in H school.It opens a window for foreign teachers who have the will and ability to go to the Chinese platform.The knowledge spillover and social benefits are difficult to accurately estimate.However,due to the immature system,there are many problems in the recruitment and management of foreign teachers.The author makes a systematic review of the relevant domestic and foreign literature By means of questionnaire survey and interview,we find that there are some problems in H school,such as the non-compliance of foreign teachers’ certificates,the uneven level of foreign teachers,the low success rate of recruitment,the scarcity of talents,the high mobility of personnel,the lack of cross-cultural management and so on.The reason is that the two-way dissatisfaction between foreign teachers and students is still due to the problems in the employment management of foreign teachers,such as lax selection and employment,only focusing on quantity but not quality,imperfect employment management system and single channel,unsatisfied demand,incomplete incentive mechanism,insufficient management level of foreign teachers under cross-cultural factors,and foreign teacher training to be strengthened.Therefore,only by improving the management system of foreign teachers employment can the existing problems be solved.The author puts forward corresponding strategies from four aspects.Specifically,it is necessary to establish a scientific concept of foreign teacher employment,standardize the selection and management procedures;improve the management mode of foreign teachers,set up a special group for foreign teacher recruitment,actively explore recruitment channels;improve the salary and welfare system,improve the incentive mechanism;improve the training of foreign teachers,reduce the contradictions caused by cultural differences,and embody humanistic care.
