Supported by Shanxi government non-public education becomes a strong supplement of public education and an important force to improve the quality of Shanxi education. As another alternative, non-public education provide people who want to be educated more chances. Yet there are issues such as the management of teachers are critical for non-public education. Teachers are the soul of education. How they act to students directly effluences the results of non-public education. To improve the management of teachers it needs government set up policies that helps non-public education and create a positive environment. At the same time, it requires the management board of private schools to learn how to improve the management of their teachers. This is a long term blueprint for the non-public education. This paper through designning and issuance of questionnaires to study the present situation of teaching management of private schools in Shanxi province, concludes seven questions about our private school teachers in the management : Firstly,The structure of private school teachers is unreasonable.Secondly,The private school teachers is instability. Thirdly, Private school teachers lack of the sense of belonging. Fourthly,Private school teachers are overworked,have big pressure of work.Fifthly ,Private school teachers lack of social identity and security. Sixthly, Private schools lack of effective teacher management system. Seventhly, the low income of private school teachers is a widespread problem.This article studies the current situation of Shanxi non-public education and the current issues that matters, analyzes the strength and weakness of the management of teachers, and provides possible solutions to these problems of non-public education. We hope our studies can contribute to the literature through provide constructive suggestions to the management of teachers of Shanxi non-public education. |
