With the in-depth integration of information technology and education, video teaching has gradually become an important method of education and teaching.Video teaching methods and methods such as MOOC,micro-courses,and SPOC have emerged one after another, and hybrid teaching based on them has also come into play in the teaching reform. It has become an important way of education and teaching informatization."Computer Assembly and Maintenance",a specialized course of information technology in secondary vocational schools,is a course that focuses on cultivating students’ practical hands-on skills. However,in classroom training, students often have the characteristics of different learning speeds, insufficient learning support, and large consumables.A resource for students to realize supplementary learning, support learning, and visual learning. In addition, under the premise of ensuring the resources,we also urgently need the development of a hybrid teaching model based on micro-classes to break the predicament of not knowing how to use micro-class resources in the past micro-class applications. The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristics of secondary vocational students and secondary vocational information technology professional courses, and construct a "three-stage seven-step" hybrid teaching model based on micro-classes in secondary vocational schools to break through the previous microclasses that must be flipped in the classroom. The application dilemma is to realize the combined force of micro-course teaching and traditional course teaching, thereby improving the teaching effect of "Computer Assembly and Maintenance" in secondary vocational schools. It is worth noting here that the micro-course resources developed by this research institute are targeted and highly compatible with the teaching model constructed by this research institute, which provides the possibility to maximize the teaching effect. This research comprehensively uses literature research methods, survey research methods, and action research methods.First, read a large number of relevant documents through the literature method to make theoretical preparations for research development, including concept definition, research status at home and abroad, and theoretical basis.Secondly, build the teaching mode of blended learning in "Computer Assembly and Maintenance" based on the theory of mastering learning and motor skill formation theory. The teaching practice is carried out from four aspects: preliminary analysis,micro-course design and production, learning organization process and learning evaluation. In the practical research, through the observation method, student questionnaire survey and interview results, the effectiveness of using the hybrid teaching model in "Computer Assembly and Maintenance" is verified.Through research,it is found that micro-classes can stimulate students’ interest in learning to a large extent, and can also keep students motivated in the learning process. At the same time,it can also provide support and improve efficiency for those students with insufficient learning support and slow acceptance during classroom training. It also provides a resource that can expand learning for another part of students who learn fast and have a good grasp. The vast majority of teaching achieves the purpose of "mastering learning".In addition, under the guidance of teachers,micro-classes can improve the initiative of students in learning with other methods. Finally, through sharing the experience and enlightenment gained during the design and application of this research in the micro-course design and application, and put forward the deficiencies and existing problems of this research, and at the same time prospect for further research. |
