| Education is the basic of a One-Hundred Year Strategy of a Nation.Education of a country is related to the prosperity of the country and the vital interests of the people.Since the 21 st century,along with the economic and social development and the advancement of urbanization,Peasants are migrating to cities and their children are studying with them.Therefore,Rural schools have fewer and fewer students.With the adjustment of the layout of rural primary and secondary schools by the state,rural small-scale schools have gone through a series of processes: "school removal and consolidation,emergency suspension and consolidation,gradual restoration of some village primary schools and teaching sites,and adjustment of the layout according to the actual situation".Until today,what is the survival state of rural small-scale schools?In the context of rural revitalization and poverty alleviation,the government attaches great importance to education in rural areas,especially poor schools with compulsory education in rural areas.KM Primary School,located in remote and poor mountainous areas,has made great improvements in both hardware and software equipment in recent years,but it still faces problems such as insufficient teachers and lack of development conditions.This study adopts the narrative approach as a whole.In order to study the living conditions of rural small-scale schools,this paper takes a village primary school in Xiaxian County,H City,Hebei Province as the research object to conduct field research,and adopts three methods of observation,interview and physical analysis to collect data.It focuses on the daily life stories of teachers and students in the school,telling their experiences,experiences and thoughts,and exploring the profound significance of stories to individuals.The main framework of the paper is mainly divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,including the origin of the study,the significance of the study,the explanation of the core concepts,literature review,research ideas and methods.The second part introduces the village background of KM Primary School from four aspects: the loss of population,the lack of economy,the characteristic houses and the blocked traffic condition.The third part gives a detailed and in-depth description of the main characters of KM Primary School,namely the survival state of the teachers and students,and explains it with relevant pedagogy theories.The fourth part is based on the theory of educational chronology,the activities of teachers and students strictly stipulated in the schedule of KM primary school are described and explained.The fifth part describes and explains the space of material level,the Social space and the space of training in KM primary school.Finally,the researcher looks forward to the KM primary schools in rural areas,and puts forward some improvement suggestions for the future development of KM primary schools. |
