| With the continuous advancement of my country’s supply-side reforms and the gradual upgrading of the industrial structure,the logistics industry has made increasingly significant contributions to economic development.The rapid development of my country’s logistics industry as a whole and the continuous increase in the demand for logistics management professionals by enterprises have prompted higher vocational colleges to play an important role in the training of logistics management professionals.As a training base for all-round,compound and technical talents,higher vocational colleges should increase the training of practical talents.Based on this,this article combines the literature review method,actual research method and analytic hierarchy process and other research methods,with the training of the practical ability of logistics management students in higher vocational colleges and the construction of the evaluation system as the main research content.Research and analysis.First of all,find out the shortcomings of existing research through literature review,and make it clear that the research object is the practical ability of students majoring in logistics management in Xuzhou Economic and Trade Vocational School.On this basis,the Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to construct an evaluation index system for evaluating students’ practical ability in logistics management.Experts are invited to score and evaluate each subdivision index,and use fuzzy evaluation method to analyze the comprehensive level of students’ logistics management practice ability;secondly,in order to verify the rationality of the evaluation index system of logistics management students’ practical ability in higher vocational colleges,through design The questionnaire surveyed the logistics practice ability of the students in the five grades of the logistics management major of Xuzhou Economic and Trade Higher Vocational School;again,based on the previous research data,explore the problems existing in the logistics management major of the higher vocational school in the process of students’ practical ability training,and position Reason;Finally,through comparative analysis,it puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the training of logistics management manpower practice ability in higher vocational colleges.The research in this article is not only helpful to guide the logistics management major of Xuzhou Economic and Trade Higher Vocational School to improve the practical teaching level,but also has reference significance for the practical teaching of logistics management majors of other higher vocational colleges of the same type,which is conducive to the development of logistics management talents in my country Scale,boosting the continuous expansion of logistics scale and scope. |
