In order to implement the spirit of the National Plan for the Reform and Development of Medium and Long Term Education(2010-2020),the demand for vocational education is not only "learning",but also the unity of "quality" and "quantity" to achieve higher level of Vocational education.With the development of economic globalization,the rapid growth of international trade and the warming of international competition and cooperation,the specialization division of labor has become more refined and the demand for skilled personnel has increased rapidly.The lack of such talents,like the high-tech level,has become a key factor affecting China’s international competitiveness,especially the improvement of the international competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing industry.It is urgent to vigorously develop vocational education and speed up the training of skilled personnel.The understanding of Vocational Education in domestic educational circles is also developing and deepening.Innovating the development mode of Vocational education,scientifically evaluating the efficiency of vocational education and improving the utilization level of limited resources have become an important issue facing the current educational circles.Priority of education development is an important means to solve poverty in Tibet.Improving the quality of education is also responsible for the stability of the country.Vocational education is an important part of the education system.This paper focuses on the optimization of logistics management curriculum in secondary vocational schools,and clarifies the research direction and mode of curriculum design aiming at vocational ability training.In order to improve the students’ professional ability,the logistics management curriculum is designed based on the demand of jobs,and the warehousing curriculum of logistics management specialty in Naqu Vocational and Technical School is explored as a case.On the basis of the existing curriculum learning implementation process,the training objectives of secondary vocational school curriculum are fully considered,and the theoretical and practical courses of logistics management warehousing are discussed separately according to the characteristics of technical courses in secondary vocational schools.According to the requirements of the training syllabus,the training objectives of this course,and the competency indicators of job tasks required by the market,this paper carries out the research on curriculum design and changes or adjusts the curriculum model,which is the theoretical value of this paper.In this paper,the first chapter is an introduction to the content of the second chapter,introduces the management course of secondary vocational education concepts and related theory,the third chapter,analyses the naqu logistics management in vocational and technical school warehouse curriculum present situation in the fourth chapter,through the storage of curriculum implementation and curriculum content analysis,as well as some problems and optimization principle of the fifth chapter,the internal and external environment of warehousing courses required to provide the optimal path,such as refined curriculum content,carry out practice teaching of secondary vocational schools in the future,such as face-to-face other disciplines to carry out the course optimization to provide the reference and help.
