2019 is called the "first year of childcare".In this year,the country raised the development of childcare to a new height.More and more people began to pay attention to the development of early education.If 2019 is a macro policy The year 2020 is the year when specific policies are gradually implemented.The promulgation of various policy documents makes us feel that the development of early education for infants aged 0-3 is imperative.High-quality development can promote the sound development of the early education industry,enable citizens to enjoy high-quality education services,and improve future manpower Capital quality.The research question of this study is the development of the demand and supply of early schooling public service for 0-3 years old in Xining City.According to the status quo,we discover the problems in the development process and make suggestions,taking human capital theory,Supported by theory,the early education institutions and communities in Xining City are surveyed through the problem method and the face to face talk method,and data analysis is carried out on the content of the survey.From the basic situation of the nurturers,the nurturers cognition of early education,and nurturing People’s needs for early education are analyzed in three aspects,and the current supply of early education institutions,communities,and governments in Xining City are explained one by one,and the existing needs for early education in Xining’s society are explored and the various departments.The supply situation of infant education development.The research results show that the current problems in the development of early education public service demand and supply in Xining City are the lack of professional teachers in the early education industry,the second is the insufficient public investment by the government in the early education industry,and the third is the early education industry departments.Coordinated development is relatively lacking.Fourth,the early education industry supervision and management system is not perfect.It also points out the influencing factors of the public service demand and supply of early education for0-3 years old in Xining City,and analyzes its influencing factors from the government level,the level of early education institutions,and the family level.The existing problems in Xining City are analyzed from the macro and medium perspectives,corresponding the micro level.
