The quality of employment is one of the obstacles to the urban integration of the new generation of migrant workers.Improving the quality of employment is a realistic issue to promote the urban integration of the new generation of migrant workers and promote the process of new urbanization.Under the background of new urbanization,this study based on Labor market segmentation theory and human capital theory,takes the new generation of migrant flexible employment workers in the labor market of Yongchun Road,Changchun City,Jilin Province as the sample,through empirical research,reveals the employment quality problems of the new generation of migrant workers,and explores their individual reasons,especially the reasons for flexible labor market management.It also tries to put forward some suggestions to improve the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers.The study found that the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers has problems such as "high labor intensity,low wage level","high job mobility,low stability","poor working conditions,lack of basic security" and so on.Through the AHP,it is proved that the "skill level" and "employment channels" of the new generation of migrant workers are important factors leading to the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers.At the same time,"policy formulation and implementation","employment environment" and "market supply and demand relationship" It also has a profound impact on the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers.Accordingly,this research proposes policy actions and social action recommendations such as "increase policy preference and promote human capital investment","optimize the employment market environment for the new generation of migrant workers," "standardize the corporate management system,and protect the rights and interests of workers". |
