With the implementation of healthy China and more attention paid to school sports,tennis,as the second largest ball game in the world,has entered thousands of families from noble sports.With the school curriculum reform,physical education has become the fourth major subject,tennis has also been listed as an optional subject,how to improve students’ interest in tennis learning and quickly master the various techniques of tennis has become the key problem that tennis coaches need to solve.This paper focuses on the feasibility and specific implementation process of PBL teaching method in the study of tennis special technology,and provides some reference for the comprehensive deepening reform of tennis class and the related research of PBL teaching method in other network confrontation sports.At the same time,based on the technology of tennis forehand stroke,we begin to learn the teaching method different from the traditional teaching method,so as to extend to its application In terms of technical learning and teaching,he laid a certain foundation for the students to study and go to work related to tennis teaching in the future.In this paper,Wuhan Institute of Physical Education Sports Training College 2019 tennis students as the research object,to PBL teaching method used in tennis forehand stroke technology teaching experimental research effect as the research object.This paper uses PBL teaching method to conduct empirical research on tennis forehand stroke technique teaching,and makes a comparative study with traditional teaching group and PBL teaching experimental group.By using the methods of literature,teaching experiment,expert interview,logical analysis,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this paper studies and analyzes the influence of PBL Teaching method on tennis forehand stroke technique of experimental group and traditional teaching method on control group The teaching effect is influenced by physical fitness,technical standard,technical evaluation,learning attitude,teamwork ability and theoretical knowledge.The results are as follows(1)PBL teaching method can make the action more standardized,so as to improve the performance of technical evaluation.At the same time,it can grasp the best hitting point combined with the pace,so as to improve the performance of technical standard.PBL teaching method and traditional teaching method can improve students’ physical quality.(2)PBL teaching method and traditional teaching method can improve students’ physical quality.(3)Under the influence of PBL teaching method,students’ learning enthusiasm has been improved,and their theoretical scores have also increased.(4)Under the influence of PBL teaching method,the team cooperation ability of the experimental group was enhanced.(5)Under the influence of PBL teaching method,students have a strong interest in tennis technology learning.
