In the past,the development of tennis in China has been slow due to the restriction of economic conditions,but with the passage of time,tennis is now widely carried out in all regions of our country,especially in universities,schools have the ability to open this course,and through systematic teaching and training of basic theories,knowledge and techniques of tennis,it is of great significance to promote the overall development of college students' body and mind and to promote the popularization and improvement of tennis.Nowadays,there are conditions in universities to offer tennis,the most commonly used teaching methods in the course of teaching is the traditional teaching methods,with the development of sports reform,we should in the traditional The tennis teaching method changes above,innovates the teaching method,optimizes the teaching structure,thus promotes the tennis movement development,therefore I will apply the procedure teaching method to our school elective course two hands backhand technique teaching to carry on the experiment research.This article mainly through the literature material method,reads the book and the literature about using the procedure teaching method in the tennis teaching,uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the student before the experiment basic situation,guarantees the experiment validity and the implement.Using the teaching experiment method,the two groups of students were compared and analyzed,and the mathematical statistics method was used to analyze the students' basic physical form,physical quality,tennis ball feeling,tennis hands backhand technique.The method of program teaching reflects the main position of the students,and the method of program teaching in the teaching process can simplify the complex movements,and the students' learning situation can be tested to carry out information feedback,and reduce the error rate in the process of learning actions.Students can also adjust themselves according to their own learning progress,which is helpful for students to strengthen self-management and give play to their subjective initiative.Program teaching method can stimulate students' interest in learning,can check themselves according to their own learning progress,set the pace of learning,can see their own learning results to a large extent,increase their interest in learning.Using the program teaching method and the traditional teaching method in the tennis body quality meter word run,standing long jump experimental analysis,the data show no great influence,indicating that the two groups of teaching methods tennis special physical fitness can improve the physical fitness of students.The experimental group and the control group in the tennis hands backhand technique teaching experiment research analysis,the program teaching method teaching effect is superior to the traditional teaching method teaching effect,mainly manifests in can raise the student's tennis technique quickly,increases the study interest,as well as exerts the student's subjective initiative.
