| In 1995,the state put forward the Outline of the National Fitness Program,persisting in vigorously advocating the promotion of “national health” and elevating“Healthy China” to the national strategy.The reform and development step by step fully reflect the state’s emphasis on the development of sports and the improvement of the national health level.2020 is known as the “new year of physical education”,and various provinces,cities and regions have introduced new education regulations:increasing sports scores in the high school entrance examination;adjusting the proportion of sports in the high school entrance examination;including sports into the scope of the college entrance examination and other new policies.As the builders of national sports undertakings,college students majoring in physical education have a comprehensive professional level that directly affects the process and quality of national sports development.Sports cultural literacy is a comprehensive and holistic evaluation of the professional level of physical education.Based on this,this research takes colleges and universities physical education students in Qinhuangdao as the survey object,adopts scientific research methods such as literature data method,comprehensive investigation method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method,etc.,and from sports knowledge,sports awareness,sports skills,and sports personality,sports ethics,sports spirt,sports ability and sports behavior these eight aspects to investigate the current situation of sports culture literacy of college sports majors in Qinhuangdao,formulate scientific and efficient training programs based on the current situation,and promote the rapid improvement of sports culture literacy of professional talents in the future.It is hoped that it can contribute to the improvement of sports cultural literacy of students majoring in physical education,the promotion of high-quality development of physical education,and the early realization of sports power.Specific research results are as follows:Students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities in Qinhuangdao are particularly prominent in sports personality and awareness.Most of them have a strong lifelong sports awareness and have a strong long-term interest in multiple sports.In the aspect of sports ethics and sports spirt,they can strictly abide by the rules of the competition,respect all levels and all kinds of competitions,and fully embody the sports spirt of hard work in the competition.Their sports behavior is more reasonable,have a better rational consumption concept,can make full use of various modern information channels to assist the completion of communication activities,to meet the needs of professional learning.On the contrary,students showed a slight deficiency in sports knowledge,skills and ability.The former part of students has relatively weak professional theories,which cannot well support their technical skills learning,and their sports guidance ability needs to be improved.Optimizing the training path according to the current situation: starting from the overall situation,taking the change of concepts as the guide,the colleges and universities establish an educational philosophy that emphasizes the cultivation of sports culture literacy,and further improve the comprehensive education level of teachers;in the professional teaching process,the campus culture environment,sports competition at all level,educators fully infiltrate and improve the elements of sports cultural literacy,and incorporate them into the academic evaluation and teaching evaluation system to form an all-round educational atmosphere in space and time,and cultivate a reserve team of sports professionals with strong professional skills,strong cultural literacy,and high overall quality,so as to make a sufficient reserve of sports professionals in order to achieve a sporting nation. |
