Entering the new era,the country’s comprehensive national power is increasing,education reform is deepening,and the society is developing and progressing at a high speed,all of which imply the comprehensive and free development of human beings,and the improvement of human literacy is inevitably a key component.In this environment,the cultivation of students’ core literacy in physical education discipline has important value and practical significance for helping physical education reform and cultivating high-quality composite talents in the new era.This paper takes the cultivation path of core literacy in physical education for high school students in Guiyang as the research object,finds out the problems and reasons according to the survey results,explores the multiple paths of cultivating core literacy in physical education for high school students in Guiyang,and provides certain theoretical reference and practical experience for promoting physical education reform,developing students’ core literacy in physical education,and improving the quality and effectiveness of physical education classroom teaching.This study uses research methods such as literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and fieldwork to deeply analyze the current situation,problems and reasons of cultivating core literacy in physical education for high school students in Guiyang City,and propose the paths of cultivating core literacy in physical education for high school students in Guiyang City,and the main findings are as follows:(1)In the cultivation of sports ability literacy,most students have good speed and strength quality,can independently analyze and understand major competitions,have good sports appreciation ability,and can participate in sports learning and competition according to relevant competition rules,while some students have weak endurance quality and flexibility literacy;the application of sports tactics knowledge is unstable and has certain errors;the ability to independently organize sports activities and competitions The ability to organize sports activities and competitions independently is not enough.(2)In the cultivation of health behavior literacy,most students have good awareness of physical exercise,master and can apply certain health knowledge,can actively regulate their own emotions,and have good environmental adaptability,while some students have blind spots in the mastery and application of health knowledge and have poor physical exercise habits.(3)In the cultivation of sports moral character,most students have self-esteem and self-confidence,positive and enterprising spirit,honest and self-discipline and fair and just moral performance,good cooperation and mutual assistance,social commitment and correct winning and losing orientation,while some students lack the sports spirit of bravery and tenacity and transcendence;lack the sports character of civilization and courtesy and mutual respect;the concept of sports moral rules and behavior awareness is not strong..(4)According to the current situation,main problems and reasons of cultivating core literacy in physical education among high school students in Guiyang,the cultivation paths are proposed as follows: first,insisting on school education as the core: strengthening school leaders’ attention to and support for physical education,constructing modern education concepts,strengthening physical education teachers’ professionalism,and improving the effectiveness of various physical education work in schools.Second,insist on social force as the guarantee: improve the regional government’s attention to sports development and publicity,reform and optimize the system and operation mechanism of various sports competitions at all levels,and promote the formation of social parties to nurture people.Third,adhere to family education as the cornerstone: pay attention to the construction of harmonious and stable family education and family style,focus on teaching and inculcating children by example,and promote the formation of a democratic family parenting style.Fourth,adhere to student cognition as the driving force: stimulate students’ motivation and interest in sports,pay attention to interpersonal relationships and interactions among students,and enhance students’ physical fitness.
