Research On The Quality Demand Of Preschool Physical Education Teachers And The Training Path In The New Era

Preschool physical education is an important part of early childhood education,and the quality of preschool physical education is closely related to the quality level of preschool physical education teachers.This study mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and systematic analysis to explore the social demand for the quality of preschool physical education teachers in the new era.The results show that:(1)Through factor analysis,the author classifies the quality demand index of preschool physical education teachers in the new era,extracts five common factors,and calculates the weight of the five common factors: the weight of teaching skill quality is the largest,followed by professional ethics quality,discipline knowledge quality,innovation ability quality,and physical and mental health quality.(2)According to the weight value,the demand indexes of teaching skill quality are sorted as follows: the ability of creating and composing children's sports games,the ability of cultivating children's team cooperation,the ability of training children's physical fitness,the ability of expressing and prompting teaching language,the ability of applying multimedia teaching technology,and the ability of utilizing teaching resources.The demand indicators of professional ethics quality are ranked according to the weight: love and respect for children,love of preschool education,have a good teamwork spirit,have lifelong learning awareness,and have a correct view of children.(3)The demand indexes of subject knowledge quality are arranged according to the weight value: the mastery level of infant health care knowledge,the mastery level of infant teachers' etiquette knowledge,the cultivation ability of infant safety awareness,the mastery level of infant growth and development and psychological characteristics,and the mastery level of sports special theoretical knowledge.The demand indexes of innovation ability quality are arranged according to the weight value: have good educational innovation awareness,children's exploration spirit training ability,have modern teaching concept,and have good scientific research ability.The demand indexes of physical and mental health quality are arranged according to the weight value: having abundant energy,being good at coordinating and controlling emotions,and having harmonious interpersonal relationship.(4)In the new era,the top ten indexes of preschool physical education teachers' quality demand are: the ability of creating and composing children's sports games,the ability of cultivating children's team cooperation,having abundant energy,being good at coordinating and controlling emotions,the ability of training children's physical fitness,the ability of expressing and prompting teaching language,have good educational innovation awareness,children's exploration spirit training ability,love and respect for children,have modern teaching concept.
