Analysis On Employment And Influencing Factors Of Female Floating Population Under Different Migration Modes In Hebei Province

Floating population is an important driving force for China’s urbanization,as well as an important driving force for urban vitality and innovation.In recent years,under the background of the gradual slowing of the country’s urbanization process,the floating population has changed from a large-scale expansion to a more balanced development trend.At the same time,female floating population in the whole tide of floating population accounted for an increasing proportion,become an important force of floating population.Now more and more family members live together in the inflow,the trend of familial flow is more and more obvious.To a certain extent,family-oriented floating can solve the problems of floating population living apart from their families and left-behind children,but in this process,it brings great pressure to female floating population,and the phenomenon of female floating population "flowing but not working" is prominent,which has a negative impact on women’s employment.Employment is the basis of people’s livelihood,is the key to the floating population in the city,for the stable life of female floating population in the destination,and even the stable development of the whole society is of great significance.Attention,therefore,familial flow under the background of female employment status of the floating population,analyzing the characteristic of the female floating population employment under different patterns of migration and its influencing factors,and is beneficial to female employment problem of floating population,for the release of potential employment,improve the quality of life of the floating population and realize the social stability is of great significance.Based on the dynamic monitoring data of the floating population in Hebei Province in2017,this paper divides the migration patterns of the floating population,and makes a preliminary discussion and analysis on the individual basic characteristics and employment characteristics of the female floating population under different migration patterns.On this basis,taking prefecture-level cities as the basic geographical unit,Arc GIS software is used to explore the spatial distribution characteristics of the employment of female floating population in Hebei Province under the background of family mobility through the natural breakpoint method.A binary Logistic regression model was established to compare and analyze the factors affecting the employment of female floating population in different migration modes from the perspectives of their own factors and the factors of their destination.The results show that :(1)the female floating population in Hebei Province is mainly familial,the new generation of female floating population has become the main group,and the majority of women in marriage.Under the trend of family-oriented migration,the phenomenon of female floating population "floating but not working" is prominent.The employment rate of fully family-oriented migrant female floating population is the lowest,while that of non-family-oriented migrant female is the highest.(2)In terms of spatial distribution,according to the familial degree and employment status of female floating population in each city,the floating population is divided into high familial flowing-low employment rate area,high familial flowing-low employment rate area,medium familial flowing-high employment rate area and low familial flowing-high employment rate area.(3)According to the results of the regression model,familial mobility will reduce the employment probability of female floating population.The factors of the floating population have a significant impact on the employment of women in family migration,and the negative impact of family characteristics is the most obvious,including the number of children in the destination,family size,family monthly income and housing nature.Non-family migration women are significantly positively affected by the factors of the destination,and the most prominent factors are the economic factors of the destination,including per capita GDP,per capita disposable income,and the proportion of tertiary industry enterprises.Finally,based on the research content of this paper,it puts forward reasonable suggestions to promote the employment of female floating population,and makes contributions to promoting the social integration of floating population and realizing social harmony.
