The Classification And Region Analysis Of Employment Issues About Floating Population Of Fujian Province

Since Innovation and Openning, floating population has been moving and working in cities , which brought a series of issues discussed continually by group of experts. Yet, thus far, most of study has taken the floating pupolation as a whole, neglected their differentiations in floating inclination, and neglected floating difference among cities with similar background in a same province.Based on differentiation in floating inclination and their employment state in Fuzhou, Xiamen and Quanzhou, this article analysed the emploment problem and public service requirement of floating population.It, above all, drawed that there were three differentiations in floating inclination-to settle down in cities, circulation floating and back home; and pointed out its necessary to compare and analyse employment issues of different floating population.And then, it reviewed and stated some basic theories and correlative researches inside and outside about floating population employment. In following 2 chapters, it analysed the floating population's characteristics in different floating inclination and region, which from the point of employment type, track, revenue, rights and interests, stability, skill training, satisfaction, etc. Eventually, some suggestion has been put forword. All the achievement has its significance in helping relative department to know , of floating population , basic problem in employment and special problem in different floating inclination and region, and to draw pertinency policy.
