With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,the traditional education reform has begun to focus on the cultivation of the core quality of primary and middle school students.Schools and parents pay more and more attention to the physical and mental development of primary and secondary school students,the development of a variety of experience activities,so that they increase their knowledge,broaden their horizons.As an important way to cultivate core literacy,research-study travel has developed rapidly nationwide.Both the tourism industry and the education industry are actively exploring the development mode of research-study travel,aiming to improve the educational function of research-study travel and enrich the external form of research-study travel.The tourism authorities have issued a series of policies to regulate the market for postgraduate travel,so as to effectively improve the quality and ability of the postgraduate travel service personnel for primary and secondary school students.In terms of the current training mode of tourism talents in China,secondary vocational schools are responsible for the training of most front-line tourism practitioners.However,the ever-developing tourism situation and ever-changing needs of tourists put forward higher requirements for tour guides and raise higher requirements for the quality of tourism practitioners in all aspects.At present,the internationalization of China's tourism industry needs a large number of tourism talents,which is a good opportunity for the professional development of vocational tour guides.But many secondary vocational schools cannot train students to meet the actual needs of the market,in the talent and market competition can not occupy the advantage.At present,the research on the training of secondary vocational school travel talents has just started in China.Under the new situation,the training of travel talents has become the focus of the school and the industry.Tour guides should have higher professional quality,including professional knowledge,professional ability,professional image and professional morality,etc.,in order to effectively promote the rapid and steady development of the research and study travel market.Based on previous studies,expert opinions and the characteristics of students majoring in tour guide service in secondary vocational schools,this paper summarizes and sorts out the literature according to the training objectives of tour guide service major in secondary vocationalschools.Through the studies travel talent quality evaluation index selection,work flow matching analysis choice,design the related questionnaire,through the questionnaire survey studies travel demand,the quality indexes of quality model is established combined with an iceberg to knowledge,ability and quality of 3 d object studies travel talent cultivation system.Using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview on the current research study travel market research to learn the degree of travel demand,studies travel guide to the importance of the quality indicators,professional for the secondary vocational school curriculum,teachers' present situation research,according to the results of the investigation and research on the studies of travel talent scarcity,studies enterprise characteristics of the travel market,industry characteristics and job characteristics and development status quo of secondary vocational school tour guide services,courses,teachers with aspects of analysis.Extracting the present studies travel personnel training problems and the insufficiency,proposed secondary vocational school tour guide services professional studies travel promotion strategies of talents cultivation,clear studies travel and establish the personnel training goal matrix,additional studies courses,compile school-based teaching materials to use flexible teaching methods,a reasonable assessment supervision system.Strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,combine theory with practice to train talents for postgraduate travel,establish a stable and appropriate training base for postgraduate travel,and implement the "order-type" training mode to train practitioners more suitable for the development of the industry...
