As the global tourism promotes the rapid development of the tourism economy, the tourism market continues to grow. The demand for grassroots tour guides has increased dramatically. However, with the increasingly serious employment situation of graduates and the high turnover rate of talents in the tourism industry, the employment willingness of secondary vocational tourism students will directly affect the talent introduction and future development of the tourism industry. This paper investigates and analyzes the students of related majors in the current vocational schools. This paper expounds the current situation of students’ willingness to work, analyzes and summarizes the factors affecting students’ willingness to work, and proposes corresponding solutions according to the actual situation. This paper firstly collects and sorts out the literature to understand the current domestic and international research on the employment willingness of secondary vocational students, and then through questionnaire survey. The SPSS22.0 data statistical analysis software was used to analyze and sort out the obtained data, and the influencing factors of employment will be obtained. The specific conclusions are as follows:1.Through the difference analysis,it is found that the gender of the secondary vocational tourism students differs in the employment environment. The average value of males is smaller than the average of females. In terms of grades, there is no significant difference in employment environment, career interest and ability, family environment and school-based training. There is a certain difference in job cognition and employment guidance. At the latitude of job recognition, the 2017 average is the largest, and the 2018 is the smallest.Among the factors of employment guidance, the average value of the grades decreases gradually. In terms of political appearance, except for employment guidance, there is no significant difference between the others. The average employment guidance of the masses is greater than the average value of the Communist Youth League members. There is no significant difference in the factors affecting the willingness to work for both the one-child and the family. In the analysis of the difference between the parents’ academic qualifications and the factors affecting the students’ willingness to work, the father’s education level will have significant differences in employment guidance, career interest and ability and family environment, while the mothers do not have significant differences.2.The study extracted six factors influencing the employment willingness of secondary vocational tourism students:job cognition, employment environment, career interest and ability, employment guidance, family environment and school-based training.3.Job cognition, employment environment, career interest and ability, employment guidance, family environment and school-based training are all related to employment willingness. The pearson correlation coefficient is positive, and all correlations are positive correlation.A standardized regression model was obtained by multiple regression analysis. Finally, based on the conclusions of the analysis, specific solutions are proposed to enhance the students’ willingness to work in the tourism industry. The countermeasures are elaborated from four aspects:government, school, family and individual. The government needs to strengthen policy support, promote the establishment of a school-enterprise cooperation system, and commit to social public opinion.Schools need to improve their training models, strengthen the construction of teachers, and do a good job in student guidance.I hope that parents can give appropriate care and care, and help the school to guide the concept. As a student,we must first establish a correct concept of career choice, and then improve our overall quality, while at the same time correct the employment mentality.
