| The independent college is the product of the Chinese government’s innovative thinking mode to solve the imbalance between supply and demand of higher education,and is an important part of the development of higher education in China.With the development of the independent college,the number of administrative stuff in independent college staff of the independent college is also growing.Administrative work is the basis and guarantee for the orderly operation of education teaching in colleges and universities,and the research on the group of people is of great significance.Independent colleges are now in transitional period,which has certain influenced on the administrative management and puts forward higher requirements,but because the majority of independent colleges are applying matrix of incentive mechanism for administrative personnel,so the current incentive mechanism is not suitable for the developing situation of independent college transformation and long sentence goals,which seriously has restricted the administrative personnel’s work enthusiasm and caused a series of problems.This paper takes the administrative staff of J independent college as the research object and adopts the questionnaire survey,interview and literature research methods to find out the main problems existing in the current incentive mechanism of the administrative staff of J institute.In view of the problems,on the basis of Maslow’s demand theory,Herzberg two-factor theory,and the theory of Frum expectations of incentive theory,combining with J college administrative team construction goal and the actual situation,in the administrative rank division,promote development,compensation system,performance appraisal,training mechanism,the five aspects of targeted optimization measures are put forward.The paper presents that some problems of J independent college are also common all over the country.The research can not only improve construction of the administrative staff of J independent college,but also provide references for other independent colleges to cultivate and retain excellent administrative personnel. |
