| In recent years,the development of independent colleges has ushered in a new spring under the influence of national policy support for private schools and the background of college entrance examination reform.As a kind of private colleges and universities,the independent college has its unique properties.It not only has a kin relationship with the parent school but is also closely connected with investors.After the reform of college entrance examination,high school graduates need to apply for colleges and universities by majors,which puts further the goal of local higher education institutions to cultivate applied talents.As the driving force for the continuous development of the independent college,the staff plays a critical role to realize its strategic objectives.However,the independent college often inherits the human resources management mode of its parent public university,the performance management of which is not in conformity with the actual situations of itself,thus it cannot make the best use of its staff.On the basis of previous studies,this paper sorted out relevant theoretical contents and defined the concepts of independent colleges,college entrance examination reform,target management,key performance and balanced scorecard.On this basis,the current situation of HB school is analyzed in depth,especially the analysis of the current situation of HB college’s performance management,and the existing problems and causes of HB college’s performance management are explored.Firstly,the feasibility of implementing BSC based performance management in HB college was analyzed in the paper,and then the strategy map was drawn according to the actual situation of HB college.The staff performance management of HB college was studied from four aspects,namely,performance planning,performance communication,performance evaluation and performance feedback.It is hoped that the study of this paper can provide some valuable ideas for HB college’s performance management. |
