| In recent years,the research on the excellent teacher training plan in China is in the process of continuous development and improvement,but there is little research on the excellent teacher training in secondary vocational schools.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study and analyze the training of excellent teachers in secondary vocational schools and to construct the training target for the improvement of the training quality and the development of the vocational education.The goal of personnel training is the premise and the final destination of education and teaching activities.The purpose of this study is to construct the training goal of excellent teachers and to promote the development of related theories and practices.Based on the above considerations,this study summarizes the relevant research of excellent teachers,the analysis of the theory of training goal and the domestic policy of excellent teachers,and takes this as the theoretical basis for the construction of training goal.It also summarizes the characteristics of the graduation requirements of secondary vocational school teachers,teaching Masters and Vocational and technical education normal students,combining with the results of the survey on the training needs of students in the excellent teacher class of the normal school,the aim of this paper is to set up the pre-service training objectives of excellent teachers in secondary vocational schools,which can meet the needs of the times,meet the needs of students and highlight the characteristics of vocational education.This study is divided into five parts: Chapter 1 summarizes the background and significance of the study,as well as the relevant theories of outstanding teachers at home and abroad,mainly the basic theoretical part of the relevant research.Chapter 2 introduces the relevant theories of the excellent teacher training objective in secondary vocational schools.Including the basis of excellent teacher training objectives and the impact of the establishment of training objectives.Chapter 3 introduces the Characteristics of secondary vocational school teachers.This paper mainly discusses the vocational characteristics of different levels secondary vocational schoolteachers.Chapter 4 is the determination of the training goal of the excellent teachers in secondary vocational schools,including the principle of the determination of the training goal,the investigation and analysis of the questionnaire;As well as from the teacher moral style,the education teaching ability,the self-development ability three dimensions to carry on the construction of the training goal.Finally,the author puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to in the construction of training goal. |
