Study On The Construction Of Training Objectives For Professional Farmer

In order to realize the agricultural modernization,according to the location advantage of agricultural industry layout to build regional agricultural modernization industry system,training specialized in agricultural industry professional and technical personnel,and since China began to pilot the implementation of professional farmers training work in 2013,the definition of professional farmers engaged in " professional and standardized" production goals is not clear,professional farmers training needs to be based on the regional leading industry training to establish specific training objectives for professional farmers.Specifically,professional farmers as a modern vocational system,should establish a suitable for the development of professional standards,in this way,not only has reference value to the training content,but also has important significance to the qualification of professional farmers.Based on this,this study on the basis of the existing vocational farmers training,through the analysis of the current situation of modern vocational farmers training and vocational farmers training objectives,based on the classification of modern agricultural industry system and professional standards,from the perspective of target taxonomy,target management theory and lifelong learning theory,the specific analysis of vocational farmers training objectives and problems.This study takes the professional farmers of apple planting industry as an example.firstly,on the basis of literature review,the actual situation of the training of the professional farmers of apple planting industry is investigated and interviewed by using the method of empirical investigation,so as to clarify the daily work and technical work of the professional farmers of apple planting industry.Secondly,on the basis of a large number of empirical research,according to the professional classification of agricultural industry practitioners at home and abroad for the occupation technical standards,the use of job target analysis method to build the training target system of professional farmers,at this stage of the apple planting industry professional farmers training status as a starting point,formulate in line with the apple planting industry professional farmers' goals,so as to provide reference for the construction of other industrial professional farmers' goals.Finally,through the analysis of professional farmers' industry types and work analysis,and gradually improve the target system of professional farmers' training positions,professional farmers' integrated work task analysis,and finally determine the target system of professional farmers' training,to determine the good target test,establish monitoring mechanism,in the practice of training constantly modify and improve the training objectives,so that the training objectives of professional farmers continue to adapt to the progress of science and technology.According to the analysis of the training and training objectives of professional farmers and the work of professional farmers in apple planting industry,this study established the target system of training of professional farmers in apple planting industry.the vertical level is divided into three levels: initial,middle and high level,and the horizontal level is classified and described from three aspects: basic quality,professional skills and management ability.Through the construction of the training objectives of professional farmers,it provides the basis for the formulation of the training content and assessment standards of professional farmers in apple planting industry in the future.
