With the speeding up of urbanization rate,the pace of life and work pressure,the young generation in the family parents more bear is to make money for the family,the children borne by grandparents and others,so of communication and interaction between parents and children will be relatively less.Parent-child communication refers to the process of communication and interaction between parents and their children,as well as an important part of the relationship between parents and children.The quality of parent-child communication directly influences the development of family members’ physical and mental health development and harmonious family construction.The author found that some residents in the process of internship has an intense demand improvements in communication,so L community social workers carried out questionnaire investigation about the present situation of the parent-child communication,and the problems were explained.Based on this,the author adopts the method of group work in practice to explore,to group dynamics and social interaction theory as the guidance,to enhance their attention to communication and help them learn the method and skill of communication as the key point,with the model of development,the design team and carry out the six group activities.It aims to promote the communication between the team members and the interaction of bad communication,so as to promote the mutual communication between parents and their children and promote the integration of the parent-child relationship.By observing,visiting and recording,the author found that the change of team members and the achievement of group goals verified the applicability of group work intervention in improving parent-child communication.Based on the practical exploration,the author summarizes and introspect the insufficiency of the team’s intervention,and puts forward some Suggestions on improving the parent-child communication.In conclusion,practical exploration has accumulated experience for social work involved in parent-child communication. |
