The six core qualities put forward in "Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools" set the overall curriculum objectives for mathematics teaching in senior high schools.The students’ thinking ability and mathematical quality formed in the course of subject education are the core qualities.It is not only the learning of basic knowledge,basic theory,but in the learning process,through the teacher’s guidance,so that students form a way of thinking above the theory.However,it can not be separated from the basic knowledge and methods,but in the teaching of teachers,through the accumulation and exploration of students,into their own understanding and introspection.One of the principles of the current college entrance examination proposition is to require the embodiment of the core mathematical literacy,so in the new teaching of high school mathematics,how to break through the traditional teaching,highlight the cultivation of the six core mathematical literacy,is a difficult point.For example,one of the six core qualities is intuitive imagination,which can intuitively understand the quantitative relationship,position relationship and change rule of things by perceiving the form and change of objective things,and analyze mathematical problems by establishing the relationship between numbers and shapes to find the way to solve problems.Intuitive imagination is the basis for us to discover problems,as well as logical reasoning and mathematical abstract thinking.It is difficult to visually display geometric figures and reveal geometric rules only by using traditional teaching tools such as PPT and white board.At present,the most difficult point for students to learn high school mathematics is that the basic knowledge and basic concepts are abstract and difficult to understand,which requires teachers to transform the relatively abstract academic content into the educational content that students can intuitively perceive.Geometry Sketchpad can provide teachers with a rich and convenient platform for teaching design and practice.It is convenient for teachers to develop various materials they need.It can dynamically display the position relationship and change rules of objects,and can also quickly verify mathematical conjecture.The study of geometry sketchpad in high school mathematics teaching is helpful for teachers to enrich their teaching means and to effectively implement the cultivation of students’ core literacy of mathematics.The author has always attached great importance to geometry sketchpad teaching.Due to the complex operation of geometry sketchpad,high quality requirements for users,and the aging structure of teachers,it is difficult to popularize geometry sketchpad teaching.Therefore,it is one of the goals of the author’s teaching career to expand the teaching case base of geometry sketchpad.The author began to practice geometry sketchpad teaching when he was an intern in college.In the six years of high school teaching,the author has a deep understanding of how to properly introduce the advantages of geometry sketchpad in teaching.This article from the four teaching examples:and its standard equation of the parabola,the simple linear programming problem,the parity of function,the parametric equations of lines,with the help of geometric sketchpad validation,explore,application,expand teaching content,effectively improve the students’ core quality,is the author’s understanding and the understanding and practice of some shallow comprehension made in this paper.The research framework of this paper is as follows:The first part:Introduction,the purpose and significance of the question,the practice research of geometry sketchpad in high school mathematics teaching at home and abroad.Part Ⅱ:A brief introduction to geometric sketchpad.The third part:expounds the theoretical basis of the core accomplishment of ruathematics.The fourth part:Based on the author’s experience of four practical teaching cases,the practice of geometry sketchpad in mathematics teaching is studied.Each case cuts into the introduction of the geometry sketchpad from a different Angle and integrates the core mathematical literacy.Parabola and its standard equation is introduced into the class to dynamically show the definition of parabola with geometric sketchboard,reflecting the core literacy of mathematical modeling and intuitive imagination.The geometry sketchpad in Simple Linear Programming Problems runs through the whole class,and the steps of solving the linear programming model are presented dynamically."Parity of Functions" uses geometric sketchpad to verify the conjecture about the concept of even functions,including the core accomplishment of mathematical operations and data analysis."Parametric Equation of a Straight Line" is the geometric meaning extracted by the use of geometric sketchpad in classroom testing.Students have improved their core literacy of logical reasoning and mathematical calculation while longing for the proof of conclusion.The fifth part:the evaluation and analysis of the four teaching cases,combined with the original case fragments and the use of geometric sketchpad for comparison,from the perspective of improving students’ mathematics core literacy,to show the role of geometric sketchpad in high school mathematics teaching.The sixth part:conclusion and reflection,summarize the innovation and deficiency of the paper,as well as the reflection of some problems encountered in the process of mathematics teaching.
