Objective: This study through the analysis of 24 style taijiquan exercise intervention effect on quality of life of middle-aged and old women,explore 24 style taijiquan exercise on middle-aged and old women’s quality of life,to provide the reference for improving the quality of the middle-aged and old women life plan,for the influence of taijiquan exercise on middle-aged and old women’s quality of life provide scientific and objective evaluation on the experimental data,improve the level of the health of middle-aged and old women and quality of life.To carry forward the Chinese traditional sports culture and promote the development of Taijiquan to provide practical experience.Methods: Using the quality of life scale,namely SF-36 scale,combined with the literature method,questionnaire method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and other scientific methods,the 38 middle-aged and elderly women who meet the experimental standards as the experimental subjects,the experimental subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group 18 people and the control group 20 people.According to the intervention plan,the intervention was carried out for 12 weeks,5 times a week,90 minutes each time.During the intervention,the intensity was monitored.The control group kept the original life rules and did not take any regular physical exercise.Before and after the intervention,two groups of subjects were respectively conducted a questionnaire survey on the quality of life,comprehensive analysis and discussion of the 24 Taijiquan exercise on middle-aged and elderly women’s quality of life.Results:(1)after the intervention intervention group and control group in the social function changes(SF),health(HT)on these two dimensions have significant difference(P < 0.05)in physiological function(RP),body pain(BP),general health(GH),energy(VT),mental health(MH)these dimensions have a very significant difference(P <0.01).There were no significant differences in physiological function(PF)and affective function(RE)(P > 0.05).(2)Compared with before intervention,intervention group after the intervention in physiological function(PF),physiological function(RP),social function(SF),health(HT)change a few dimensions has a significant difference(P <0.05),the body pain(BP),general health(GH),energy(VT),mental health(MH)the four dimensions to produce highly significant difference(P < 0.01),on the functions of emotion(RE)there was no significant difference(P > 0.05);(3)Compared with before intervention,there was no significant difference in quality of life in control group after intervention(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The 24-style extreme boxing exercise is a moderate intensity of aerobic exercise,a systematic 24-style tai chi exercise,is an effective means to improve the quality of life of middle-aged and elderly women.Middle-aged and old women 24 style taijiquan exercise can not only relieve joint pain,relieve fatigue,strong gluten Jian Gu,enhance the muscle strength,improve human stretching and balance ability,also can improve mentality,ease the mental stress,effectively improve the middle-aged and old women physiology,psychological status,social function and subjective judgment,and improve the quality of life.
