Taijiquan is one of China's excellent traditional cultures and has been widely spread around the world.At the same time,as a sports project with fitness value,its international promotion has been heated up.In particular,the development in Japan has taken shape and the number of practitioners is numerous.China is the birthplace of Taijiquan and has a broad mass base.Due to the different cultural backgrounds of the two countries,there is a big difference in the participation behavior of its audience.Therefore,150 people in Kumamoto and 300 middle-aged and elderly women in Chengdu The Taijiquan practitioners used the research methods such as the literature method,the questionnaire survey method and the comparative analysis method to compare and analyze the participation behaviors of the two city practitioners,aiming at providing a certain degree for the development of Taijiquan at home and abroad.The theoretical reference value and draw the following conclusions and recommendations:(1)Basic situation:There are significant differences in the age and occupational distribution of practitioners in the two cities.The cultural level of practitioners in the two cities is mainly distributed in secondary and higher education,and the health status of Xiongben County practitioners is higher than that in Chengdu;(2)Participation in practice:The number of people practicing 24 Taijiquan in the two cities is the highest.The content of Chengdu practice is more diverse than that of Kumamoto Prefecture;there are significant time in practice time,training duration,training years and practice places.Differences;(3)Participation methods:The forms of Taijiquan practice in both cities are mainly in the form of Taijiquan instructor organization,and the training organization is also based on the organization established by Taijiquan teachers;There are significant differences in the consumption of Tai Chi.(4)Participation in cognition:The two urban learners have similarities in understanding the fitness function of Taijiquan,but they do not have much understanding of martial arts.In the understanding of self-cultivation,Chengdu practitioners are higher than Kumamoto Prefecture;Chengdu practitioners have a higher understanding of the basic skills of Taijiquan than Kumamoto Prefecture;the two city practitioners are mainly influenced by friends and participate in training.(5)Participation in incentives:Two urban practitioners have higher demand for Taijiquan;the motivation for practice is mainly based on oneself,and secondly,the number of people who are mainly practicing family and society in Kumamoto is higher than that in Chengdu.Both urban practitioners use healthy physique as a motivational goal,but they have different degrees of difference in other motivational goals.(6)Participation in evaluation:There is not much difference in the evaluation of health,psychology and social interactions between the two city Taijiquan practitioners after the practice.After practicing in Chengdu,the improvement in health status,psychological status,and social interaction status is generally higher than that of Kumamoto practitioners.Suggestions:(1)Japan:1.Increase the propaganda of Taijiquan in Japan;2.Strengthen the awareness of Japanese practitioners on the technique;3.Increase the number of Japanese Taijiquan instructors;4.Go outside and increase to the outdoors.Opportunities for practice;5.The government should vigorously promote Taijiquan and provide positive assistance to solve the problem of aging.(2)China:1.Strengthen the master's mastery of theoretical knowledge;2.Increase and improve the sports ground facilities;3.Fully carry out the form of Taijiquan entering the nursing home;4.Increase the training of Taijiquan reserve talents.
