This study through the literature material law. expert interview method, experimental method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, such as sports physiology, psychology, sports medicine, with filial piety baling who near 30 older women as the subjects of this study, based on the experimental group and control group in middle-aged and old women’s body mass index and life quality of the horizontal and vertical contrast, for the square dance exercise on middle-aged and old women’s physical health, and the influence of subjective life quality and objective evaluation, and provide scientific experimental data for the square dance movement this fitness programs provide more scientific and more reasonable theoretical basis, to conduct and promote in the elderly group to provide theoretical and practical experience, to improve the elderly’s interest in the square dance movement, while increasing in old people take part in physical exercise good consciousness, improve their physical and mental health level, thus further promoting the development of the national fitness program. This study the following conclusions:1.square dance sport is a predominantly aerobic exercise, system of square dance of exercise for a long time, has obvious lipid-lowering reducing weight function, and form the correct posture, an efficient way to increase muscle strength and flexibility;2. Square dance exercise on middle-aged and old women’s blood pressure, quiet heart rate, flexibility and balance has obvious improvement effect, long-term system square dance exercise on middle-aged and old women movement quality has certain promotion, square dance movement slowing middle-aged and old women body degradation, slow motion, can effectively maintain its movement balance of muscle tissue organ and joints in good condition, is suitable for middle-aged and old women exercise effectively.3. The square dance exercise on middle-aged and old women forced vital capacity, grip strength and back strength and simple reaction time showed no significant difference in statistics, but is relatively improved, because the elderly body basically is proportional to the aging speed and age. so for senile group, a square dance of exercise of the ultimate goal is not to in order to improve their sports skills, but to promote health, delay aging. For the elderly, even small changes again, or even just to maintain the original level, has represented a square dance movement for its beneficial effect.4. The square dance exercise on middle-aged and old women’s quality of life also to have certain improvement, its physiological functions (RP) and general health (GH) and overall physical health (PCS) were obviously improved; Physiological function (PF) also showed significant difference in comparison in the group. Energy (VT), mental health (MH) and overall mental health (MCS) have improved significantly; Its social functions (SF) also showed significant difference in comparison in the group.
