As an important part of the overall development of education,labor education is a focus of attention in the education circle of our country.In July 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the "Guiding Outline of Labor Education for Universities,Middle Schools and Primary Schools",which comprehensively explained the basic concepts,objectives,content,implementation methods and evaluations of labor education.Currently,universities,middle schools and primary schools across the country are actively responding to the call to implement labor education.Labor is an indispensable factor that accompanies the growth of children’s lives.From childhood to adulthood,children’s labor starts from self-service,gradually develops to undertake appropriate housework,class labor,and participates in professional labor in social life after adults.The main purpose of labor education in the early stages of life is to train children to have good labor habits.How to help young children develop good labor habits in the preschool stage?Laying a good foundation for its future development is worthy of preschool education.In fact,most children have a strong willingness to work,and labor behaviors occur from time to time,so it is feasible to cultivate good labor habits.Cultivating children’s labor habits not only helps to improve their self-care ability in life and the ability to serve others,but also exercises children’s self-control ability and further improves their willpower.Compared with children in small and middle classes,children in large classes are about to enter elementary schools,and primary schools have implemented labor education.In order to better connect with primary schools,it is particularly necessary to cultivate children’s labor habits in large classes.Based on this understanding,this research uses some kindergarten teachers in W city as the survey object,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,and observation method to reveal the status quo of children’s labor habit training in large classes.The full text is composed of five parts.The introduction includes the reason for the topic selection,research significance,literature review,concept definition,theoretical basis,and research design.The first part is an analysis of the status quo of children’s labor habit training in large classes.It understands the actual situation of labor habit training from six aspects of cognition,goals,content,methods,environment,and resources,and analyzes its differences.The second part is the existing problems in the training of children’s labor habits in large classes.The main ones are:teachers in large classes have a vague cognition of labor habits;the content of training in children’s labor habits in large classes is more general;the methods for training children in large classes are not scientifically scientific;Parents of large class children have poor initiative;low utilization of community resources.The third part is to analyze the reasons for the problems in the training of children’s labor habits in large classes.The details are as follows:large class teachers do not fully interpret policy documents;large class teachers lack relevant professional knowledge and skills;kindergartens lack systematic labor habit training and training;parents’ the will to cultivate labor habits is not firm;the communication between the kindergarten and the community is not sufficient.The fourth part is based on the above investigation and analysis,starting from the education department,kindergarten,and large class teachers respectively,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions. |
