Practical Research On The Construction Of Community Ecosystem For Helping The Aged By Social Work

With the aggravation of the aging problem in our country,the position of the social endowment service becomes increasingly prominent.As the supplement and support of institutional endowment and family endowment model,community home endowment model has become an important part of social endowment service.Inspired by social needs and encouraged by policies,many places in China have started the practice and exploration of community home care.The establishment of community service centers for the aged and the introduction of professional services for the elderly have become the first step for most communities to practice.However,at present,the auxiliary services for the elderly in our communities are far from enough to meet the growing needs of the elderly.Meanwhile,the auxiliary services for the elderly in our communities still have many problems,such as redundant and fragmented resources,serious homogenization of service content and form,mismatch between supply and demand,slow development process,not outstanding results and so on.The construction of community elder assistance ecosystem is an effective way to alleviate these problems,which can effectively clarify the relationship between community elder assistance resources,discover the existing problems in community elder assistance services,complete the tasks involved in community care,and promote the steady development of community home care services.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the mode and path of the construction of community supporting the aged ecosystem.In the process of the construction of community elder care ecosphere,social workers can provide important support in the development of community elder care ecosphere based on their rich practical experience in the practice of elderly social work and community elderly care,combined with the theory of ecosystem and community care.The participation of social workers can stimulate the vitality of various layers of the community ecosystem for helping the aged,link more resources for helping the aged,break through the barriers between layers,promote communication,and help the construction of the community ecosystem for helping the aged.In this process,social workers need to pay attention to the clear role and positioning,improve their professional ability,improve the organization cooperation mechanism and other issues.Based on the practical observation of the construction of community elder support ecosphere in D community of C City,this paper constructs and boosts the community elder support ecosphere from four system levels of micro system,intermediate system,outer system and macro system through the comprehensive application of ecosystem theory and community care theory,and the action practice of social work service projects.We will explore effective ways for social work to assist the construction of community ecosystems for the elderly.The study found that social work can help the construction of community ecosystem for helping the elderly from the following four aspects:service-oriented,mobilize the internal power of the community for helping the elderly;With resources as a bridge,we should build a resource sharing base for elder care organizations,improve the management system of community elder care organizations,and provide basic support for sustainable development.With the platform as the carrier,the online information service platform and the offline one-stop service platform for helping the elderly are built to promote the communication and interaction of multiple entities in the community.Based on the mechanism,a dynamic demand assessment mechanism for community elderly assistance should be established and improved,taking into account marketization and public welfare,establishing a supply-demand balance mechanism,optimizing government guiding policies,and stabilizing the long-term development of the community elderly assistance ecosystem.
