High school is a critical stage of life.It not only faces the pressure of studies and examinations,but also has to endure various troubles during adolescence.The mental development of young people is not mature enough,and it is difficult to face various life events with peace of mind.Examination anxiety is in high school education.It is more common in the system.Facing the exam situation,high school students with different attribution tendencies will show different mental states.Psychological flexibility is a complex inner psychological potential,which has an important influence on the individual’s development.When the individual faces the stressful situation of exams,The level of psychological elasticity will make individuals have different resistance to stress,which in turn affects the degree of test anxiety.Therefore,this study intends to explore the relationship between attribution styles of high school students and test anxiety,to investigate the mediating role of psychological resilience in both,and to design,implement and evaluate psychological resilience intervention programs.The research is divided into two steps.The first step:Taking 416 high school students from a middle school in Fuyang City as the research object,conducting surveys through questionnaires,collecting data for analysis,and testing the mediating role of psychological elasticity.Step 2:Psychological flexibility intervention group-assisted intervention experiment,starting to design group counseling from the five dimensions of psychological flexibility,By using the experimental group and control group before and after the test of experimental design,one group subjects receive a period of 3 months,a total of 8 times Group psychological counseling,During this period,no treatment was given to the control group.The members’ mental flexibility and test anxiety levels were measured before and after the experiment,and the results of the two groups were compared after the experiment.Conclusion as below:(1)High school students’ test anxiety,attributional style and resilience are related to each other(2)Psychological resilience plays a completely mediating role in attribution and test anxiety.(3)Group psychological counseling activities have positive significance for improving the psychological flexibility of high school students and alleviating test anxiety.
