| The test anxiety level of high school students in China is becoming more and more serious,and high school students are in a critical period of physical and mental development.The test anxiety level of high school students in China is becoming more and more serious,and high school students are in a critical period of physical and mental development Excessive exam anxiety is not conducive to their academic development and physical and mental health development.To study high school mindfulness influence on test anxiety,reduce test anxiety level of high school,and find the factors that influence the test anxiety emotion regulation and mental toughness as intermediary variables,further explore the chain of high school students emotion regulation and mental toughness intermediary role,and on this basis the mindfulness group counseling intervention study.In study 1,674 high school students in a high school in Wuhan were investigated by using the Test Anxiety Scale,Adolescent Resilience Scale,Mindfulness Awareness Scale and Emotion Regulation Questionnaire,to understand the status quo of high school students’ mindfulness,emotion regulation,resilience and test anxiety,and to explore the influence of high school students’ mindfulness on test anxiety and whether there is a chain intermediary role between emotion regulation and resilience in this relationship.On the basis of the study 1,study 2 selected 24 senior high school students and randomly divided them into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was given mindfulness group counseling intervention,while the control group was not given experimental treatment,so as to investigate whether mindfulness group counseling intervention can significantly affect the test anxiety level of senior high school students.The specific results are as follows:(1)High school students’ mindfulness,resilience and test anxiety are above medium level,and high school students are more inclined to cognitive reappraisal strategy in the choice of emotion regulation strategy.(2)There is a pair-to-pair correlation between mindfulness and cognitive reappraisal,mental toughness and test anxiety in senior high school students.There is a significant correlation between mindfulness and expression inhibition,and a significant correlation between mental toughness and expression inhibition.(3)Cognitive reappraisal plays an intermediary role between high school students’mindfulness and test anxiety.(4)Resilience plays an intermediary role between high school students’ mindfulness and test anxiety.(5)Cognitive reappraisal and resilience play a chain intermediary role between high school students’ mindfulness and test anxiety.There is the path of"mindfulness--cognitive re-evaluation--resilience--test anxiety".(6)Mindfulness group counseling intervention can significantly improve high school students’ mindfulness level and reduce their test anxiety level. |
