Test anxiety is a common psychological problem for students in the process of learning.Moderate test anxiety can stimulate learning motivation,improve learning efficiency,and improve people’s attention.However,excessive,prolonged anxiety is detrimental to students’ physical and mental health,interfering with normal life.Especially the third-year students,who are about to face the pressure and challenges of the senior high school entrance examination,are more likely to experience test anxiety.As a positive psychological quality,psychological resilience plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the growth of junior high school students.Previous studies have shown that the higher the level of resilience,the lower the anxiety level.On this basis,this study aims to explore the relationship between the resilience and test anxiety of junior three students,through group psychological counseling,we can intervene in the psychological resilience of junior three students,so as to reduce the excessive test pressure faced by junior high school students in the middle school entrance examination,and reduce the level of test anxiety.This research is divided into two parts.The first part uses the questionnaire survey method to randomly select 405 students from an experimental junior high school in Nanchang City for testing.After 36 invalid questionnaires,369 were recovered,with a recovery rate of 91.1%.This questionnaire is used to investigate the level of psychological resilience and test anxiety of the third grade students,and to analyze the relationship between them on the basis of the survey results;the second part is based on the results of the first part,A total of 40 junior high school students with high levels of test anxiety and low levels of psychological resilience were selected,divided into an experimental groups and a control groups,and psychological resilience group counseling was provided to 20 students in the experimental group.The following conclusions are drawn from these two parts of the study:(1)The psychological resilience level of the third-year students is basically above the middle level,but there are still some students who have low psychological resilience.Psychological resilience scores and scores in various factors are significant in gender;there was no significant difference in the place of residence and whether it was an only child.(2)The level of test anxiety among junior three students is generally higher.There are significant differences in the scores of test anxiety between gender and whether they are only children;there was no significant difference in the place of residence.(3)The psychological resilience of junior high school students was significantly negatively correlated with test anxiety,and psychological resilience can negatively predict test anxiety.(4)After the psychological resilience group counseling,the psychological resilience of the third-year students has been significantly improved,and the test anxiety has also been significantly relieved. |
