The rural revitalization strategy is an important measure for my country to further realize socialist modernization.The development of rural education has an important impact on the realization of the goal of rural revitalization.Only by ensuring the high-quality and high-level development of rural teachers can we further accelerate rural revitalization.Teachers are the first resource of education and the key to achieving fair and quality education in an all-round way.In this sense,rural teachers play a key role in the rural revitalization strategy.At present,the problem of "can’t go down,keep,and teach poorly" of rural teachers in our country is prominent.The team of rural teachers,as the key and weak link of rural education,has received key attention from the state and society."To rejuvenate the country must first strengthen teachers",the construction of the rural teacher team must be placed in a strategic position of priority development.Importing teachers from local needs to the countryside,solving the problem of insufficient teacher resources in rural schools,promoting the development of education in the western region,and promoting the realization of the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education are the primary tasks for improving the stagnant development of rural education in my country.The research and investigation of this paper is based on the survey objects of rural teachers in S and Y provinces,using questionnaire survey and interview methods to investigate 19 rural school teachers in four counties in S and Y provinces.The main content of the survey is the basic situation of teachers in rural areas,observation and analysis of the general characteristics of teachers in rural areas,and discussing what kind of teachers will choose and stay in rural areas to teach.Through the analysis of survey data,the current situation of rural school teachers’ salary income,teacher supply and demand,teacher age structure and gender structure,teacher title structure and title evaluation,teacher on-the-job training,etc.are discussed.It is concluded that the current rural teacher team in the western region has the following problems:the work of teachers in rural schools is heavy,and the quality of teaching needs to be improved;the loss is serious and the team is unstable;the phenomenon of "de-localization" of rural teachers is serious;the rural teachers’ local feelings and rural cultural knowledge are lacking Wait.By analyzing the causes of various problems and combining relevant theories,specific measures to strengthen the construction of rural teachers are put forward:taking multiple measures simultaneously to ensure the comprehensive treatment of rural teachers;promoting the reform of the supply side of rural teachers;further implementing the localization of rural teachers;Rural communities must actively rebuild and develop rural culture.
