In recent years,with the vigorous development of artificial intelligence technology and its deep application in the field of education,it has had a profound impact on education and teaching.The Ministry of Education issued the Notice on the Pilot Work of the Action of Artificial Intelligence to Promote Teacher Team Construction,which clearly emphasized the importance of artificial intelligence innovative teaching in teacher team construction.As a pilot province(autonomous region)of artificial intelligence to boost teacher team construction,Ningxia has carried out a lot of exploration and practice on how to achieve the construction goal of"classroom teaching innovation".Classroom teaching as the main position of school teaching,to explore how artificial intelligence to boost the innovation of classroom teaching is a very worthy of research.This research mainly includes the following contents:Firstly,through literature research,relevant theories of AI boosting classroom innovation are sorted out.This paper analyzes the basic elements of classroom teaching,including teachers,students,teaching resources,teaching organization form and teaching environment,and expounds the connotation of the five elements under artificial intelligence environment.Secondly,according to the five basic elements of classroom teaching,this paper investigates the current situation and problems of classroom teaching in three schools in Xixia District before they become artificial intelligence pilot schools,which provides a comparison for the classroom teaching situation in three schools in Xixia District after they become artificial intelligence pilot schools.This study adopts the field investigation method combined with the case study method,and uses the in-depth interview,starting from the five elements of classroom teaching,to analyze the innovative path and practice of classroom teaching after three schools in Xixia District become artificial intelligence pilot schools.In addition to revealing the innovation of classroom teaching,it also finds the problems in the process of promoting the innovation of classroom teaching by artificial intelligence,including:the number of artificial intelligence teaching equipment is not equipped according to the class quota,and the stability of the equipment is not enough;The function of artificial intelligence teaching equipment does not meet the new teaching demand of teachers;The teaching resources are relatively rich,but the teachers’ ability of resource integration needs to be improved.The intelligent teaching of teachers has been normalized,but the application ability of artificial intelligence teaching is insufficient.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,including:the enterprise fails to integrate and develop targeted intelligent technologies and services in time according to the dynamic teaching needs of teachers and students;Teachers’ artificial intelligence literacy needs to be further improved.The school lacks professional personnel to carry out intelligent teaching process support service;The informatization leadership management team is weak and the function is insufficient.Finally,aiming at the above problems,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward the optimization strategies for artificial intelligence to boost teachers’ teaching innovation.These strategies include:timely investigation of teachers’ and students’ dynamic artificial intelligence teaching needs,and development of targeted intelligent technologies and services;To improve the internal development motivation of teachers and improve the assessment system of teachers’ artificial intelligence literacy;Strengthen the role of school information management team,pay attention to the training of intelligent technical personnel;Innovate the training mode and carry out targeted and hierarchical intelligent teaching and training.
