Sensitive stage in infant stage in psychological and physiological development, under the social environment, and many other factors influence on children’s emotion, behavior and cognition have a huge impact,so to explore the correlation of physical tests and psychological behavior,on the one hand, can provide the basis for behavioral problems of diagnosis and intervention,on the other hand, lack of mental state evaluation in long-term fitness testing,Understanding the relationship between physical health and psychological state is helpful to improve the understanding of both, improve the content of physical health test, and provide a direction for the physical health curriculum setting in actual kindergartens, which has very important theoretical significance and practical value. The research object of this article for the physical health of infants and children’s behavior problems, with 4~6 years old in kindergarten and parents as investigation object, and using the method of documentary, questionnaire, survey method, mathematical statistics method to analyze survey data, such as the results show that:(1)in the part of the physical tests exist significant differences between men and women,on the physical quality:The results of male students in grip strength, standing long jump and 15-meter steeplechase were higher than those of female students(P<0.05),while those of male students in sitting body flexion were lower than those of female students(P<0.01),and those of male students in quiet pulse were lower than those of female students(P<0.05).(2)The detection rate of behavior problems was 14.00%,15.90%for boys and 11.9%for girls, but there was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate between boys and girls;(3)The children with and without thinking problems continued to jump with their feet(P<0.05).According to the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)There is a huge difference between boys and girls in the physical test in early childhood. The occurrence of children’s behavior problems has nothing to do with body shape and function. The occurrence of children’s thinking problems will significantly affect the children’s feet continuous jump performance.(2)There is no gender difference in the detection of behavioral problems between male and female students.(3)The detection rate of behavioral problems is above the national average. The incidence of behavioral problems is high, which should be paid attention to by all parties.A large-scale investigation on the status quo of behavioral problems in Ningxia should be carried out to enhance support for the formulation and intervention of educational policies. In the actual infant physical education teaching,we should not only attach importance to the quality, but also attach importance to the training items or training contents that the body coordinates to participate in.Further research is needed to determine whether the relationship between thinking problems and foot continuous jumping with or without thinking problems is affected by executive function or children’s basic motor skills.
