Research Objectives: On "health China 2030 program planning","notice of the pilot implementation of football characteristic kindergarten’s background,the study of the present children’s football less,deep research,the decline in children’s health,and the problem of bad behavior problems are highlighted in this study football game teaching for 5 to 6 years old children’s physical health and behavioral problems are studied,the influence of It is further proved that football game teaching is positive for children’s physical health development and improvement of behavioral problems,and it can cultivate children’s interest in football and provide theoretical reference for children’s football research in the future.Research methods: By the method of documentation,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,in the mountain west conference in kunming,avant-garde kindergarten taipans children as experimental object,randomly selected two classes,one big bus for the experimental group(boys and girls each 15 people),a sophomore class for the control group(boy 14 people,a girl 16 people),Children in the experimental group received football game teaching intervention,while children in the control group received kindergarten routine outdoor sports teaching intervention.Children in the two groups were taught for 16 weeks,twice a week,and each lesson lasted 35 minutes.Before and after the experiment,children in the experimental group and control group were tested for physical shape,physical quality,behavioral problems and other indicators.Finally,SPSS software was used for statistics and analysis of the data.The results are as follows:(1)In terms of body shape,the test scores of height and weight of the experimental group and the control group increased to some extent before and after the experiment,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)In terms of physical fitness,the physical fitness of the experimental group and the control group was improved to a certain extent before and after the experiment;After the experiment,the average scores of the two items of standing long jump and balance beam in the experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05),and the test scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group;After the experiment,the average scores of the experimental group of female children in the two items of continuous jumping on both feet and walking on the balance beam were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05),and the test scores of the experimental group of female children were better than those of the control group of female children.However,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the 10-meter return run,tennis throw and sitting body forward bending(P>0.05).(3)The behavioral problems of the experimental group and the control group were improved to some extent before and after the experiment;After the experiment,the test values of the three dimensions of conduct problems,learning problems,inattention-passivity of male children in the experimental group were significantly different from those of male children in the control group(P<0.05),and the test values of male children in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group;After the experiment,the test values of the two dimensions of conduct and learning problems of female children in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05),and the test values of female children in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in anxiety,hyperactivity-impulsivity,physical and mental disorders,hyperactivity index and other dimensions(P>0.05).Research Conclusions:(1)16-week football game teaching does not significantly improve the body shape of 5-6 year old children.The change of height and weight value belongs to the natural growth of young children.(2)16-week football game teaching can improve the lower limb strength,balance ability and coordination quality of 5-6 year old children.(3)16-week football game teaching can help improve the conduct problems,learning problems and inattention-passive problems of 5-6 year old children.
