This study uses the method of combining the relevant theories of children’s physical fitness with the curriculum practice of situational psychological behavior training methods to carry out physical fitness curriculum training for children,and studies the impact of situational psychological behavior training methods on the sports ability of children aged 3-5 years in the children’s physical fitness curriculum,further making the children’s physical fitness curriculum glow in the healthy China strategy,thereby promoting the improvement of children’s physical and mental health levels.This study compares the children’s physical fitness curriculum intervened by the situational psychological behavior training method with the children’s physical fitness curriculum intervened by the ordinary training method,compares the situational psychological behavior training method with the ordinary physical fitness teaching method,and seeks a program that can simultaneously improve the children’s physical and mental health level,enhancing the overall health level of children.It paves the way for the Healthy China Plan,adds vitality to children’s physical fitness teaching methods,promotes the development of healthy China,and also promotes the development of children’s physical fitness courses.It also provides theoretical reference for subsequent research.The main research methods used in this article include literature review,experiment,measurement,observation,and mathematical statistics to measure and analyze various data of experimental subjects before and after experimental intervention.The experimental methods are as follows:The control group and the experimental group used ordinary physical fitness courses and situational psychological behavior training methods to intervene in physical fitness courses,respectively.Data were collected on children’s physical morphology and motor ability indicators before and after the experiment.The collected data on children’s motor ability before and after the experiment were analyzed,and the psychological health level of children was observed using observation methods.The results showed that before the experiment,there was no significant difference in the six sports ability indicators between the control group and the experimental group,which was comparable;After the experiment,there were significant differences in five of the six sports ability indicators between the control group and the experimental group;The psychological health level of the experimental group after the experiment is higher than that of the control group,and the following conclusions are drawn.Research conclusions:(1)General physical fitness courses and physical fitness courses under the intervention of situational psychological behavior training have a partial impact on children’s physical morphology,but most of them are subject to natural growth.(2)Compared to general physical fitness courses,physical fitness courses under the intervention of situational psychological behavior training have a more significant impact on children’s sports ability,demonstrating that the impact of situational psychological behavior training on children’s physical fitness courses is positive.(3)In the children’s physical fitness curriculum under the intervention of situational psychological behavior training method,the children’s mental health level is higher than that of the control group.(4)In the ordinary physical fitness curriculum and the children’s physical fitness curriculum under the intervention of situational psychological behavior training method,the training effect of the latter is higher than that of the former,Physical fitness courses intervened by situational psychological behavior training have certain potential in the future system of children’s physical fitness courses.(5)Currently,China lacks an evaluation system for children’s mental health level,and currently,only children’s physical fitness coaches can observe and determine the level of children’s mental health. |
