Since my country officially promulgated the "Implementation Measures for the Accreditation of Teacher-training Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities(Provisional)" in 2017,major colleges and universities across the country have carried out professional certification work to improve the education quality of teacher-training majors.As of July 2022,5 colleges and universities and 5 teacher-training majors across the country have passed the third-level certification,and 167 colleges and universities and381 teacher-training majors have passed the second-level certification.However,judging from the overall advancement of teacher education professional certification,how to intuitively present the quality of a course’s "output" for professional talent training,and provide students with a course’s goal achievement level and analysis report is still a problem for many front-line teachers.Problems that need to be solved urgently.In view of this,this study takes the concept,standards and requirements of the professional certification of teachers as the theoretical basis,and uses the methods of literature,action research,case analysis and expert interviews to construct the process evaluation model of the "Introduction to Physical Education" course.It aims to accurately locate the guiding ideology of a course’s implementation of process evaluation,scientifically develop a course’s academic quality evaluation standard,and systematically construct a course’s whole-process evaluation and effect feedback method,hoping to be a course based on teacher-training professional certification.The quality evaluation reform provides a new model,and the specific research conclusions and suggestions are as follows:1.The orientation analysis of the course implementation process evaluation of "Introduction to Physical Education".According to the concept of professional certification of teachers,combined with the characteristics of process evaluation,the guiding ideology of the process evaluation of "Introduction to Physical Education" is clarified,that is,to highlight the student body,realize output orientation,achieve continuous improvement and objective and fair assessment.2.Development of evaluation criteria for the course implementation process of "Introduction to Physical Education".According to the standards and requirements of professional certification for teachers,the course objectives of "Introduction to Physical Education" were revised.Optimize course teaching activities,clarify the expected output of teaching activities,and develop process evaluation standards based on the behavior of students in the learning process.Realize multi-dimensional evaluation content(knowledge learning,ability development,and value shaping),multiple evaluation subjects(self-evaluation,peer evaluation,and teacher evaluation)and evaluation methods(combination of qualitative and quantitative,absolute evaluation and relative evaluation).3.Collection of process evaluation data for the course "Introduction to Physical Education".The behavior performance of students in the learning process is an important basis for judging the achievement of academic quality.Accordingly,this study divides students’ behaviors that can reflect students’ knowledge learning,ability development,and value shaping in the learning process into "excellent" behaviors and "improper" behaviors,and uses the "point system" management method to collect students’ online and offline behaviors.Learning data provides objective and real data for students’ whole-process learning evaluation and effect feedback.4.Personalized feedback on the learning effect of students in the "Introduction to Physical Education" course.According to the data of students’ behavior performance in the learning process,the causal relationship and correlation relationship between the observation indicators of students’ behavior performance are analyzed.According to the four dimensions of students’ comprehensive literacy,knowledge learning,ability development and value shaping evaluation,assign index weights and establish mathematical formulas,namely the comprehensive literacy achievement score formula O=N*0.143*100,knowledge learning achievement score formula X=(X1+X2+X3+…+X10)*0.143,the scoring formula of ability development achievement Y=(Y1+Y2+Y3+…+Y10)*0.143 and the value shaping achievement scoring formula Z=(Z1+Z2+Z3+…+ Z10)*0.143.Determine the grade based on the score and provide corresponding comments(see Table 4-15,Table 4-18,Table 4-21 and Table 4-24 for details).5.Action research on the implementation process evaluation of the "Introduction to Physical Education" course.Practice is the only criterion for testing the truth.In order to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of implementing the process evaluation model of the "Introduction to Physical Education" course,and further improve the theoretical research results,this paper,after two rounds of action research,compared the professional certification standards and requirements of teacher education with " The revision of the course objectives of "Introduction to Physical Education",the optimization of teaching activities,the output of teaching activities,the development of behavioral observation points and evaluation standards have made further improvements.6.Prospects for the research on the implementation process evaluation model of "Introduction to Physical Education" :(1)Promote the implementation process evaluation model of "Introduction to Physical Education",build a teaching and research community of theoretical courses for physical education majors,and expand the influence of research results;(2)Optimize The personalized feedback method for the students’ learning effect of the "Introduction to Physical Education" course develops a mobile phone applet to provide students with visible feedback on the learning effect of the whole process and a personalized analysis report on the achievement of academic quality.
