| With the continuous development of the professional certification work in normal major,it has been a very important research issue that how the certification standards have been implemented in the process of normal students’ training.The regular grades evaluation,working as an important part of performance assessments of the physical education,is an important aspect of certification standards and it has been increasingly valued by major universities.However,there is no quantitative standard for the regular grades evaluation at present,and it is difficult to give scientific and reasonable regular grades.Therefore,under the background of the certification work in normal major,this article takes the research objects of the student’s regular grades evaluation index system,and adopts research methods such as literature and data method,expert interview method,qualitative research method,Delphi method,analytical hierarchical process(AHP)and so on;takes the theoretical basis of the fourth-generation education evaluation theory,and the qualitative research method is used to encode the programmatic documents,expert interview materials,and literature information related to the regular grades,and initially builds a system of the regular grades’ evaluation index system for the physical education majors;filters the preliminary selection indicators with Delphi method to establish a system for the evaluation index system of physical education majors;uses hierarchical analysis methods to establish the weight of the index system,and finally build a reasonable and scientific evaluation index system of "regular grades of the physical education majors”.It is expected to provide some theoretical reference and practical values for the regular grades evaluation of the physical education majors in sports colleges or universities.The research indicates:(1)This study has established a regular grades’ evaluation index system of physical education majors in the context of normal major’s professional certification.The evaluation index system includes comprehensive literacy,learning attitude,learning investment and social practice,which contains 4 first-level dimensions,12 second-level dimensions,and 39 tertiary dimensions.(2)Use the hierarchical analysis method to determine the proportion of the indicators at all levels and pass the consistency inspection.Among them,the weight of the first-level indicators is from high to low sorting in turn as learning attitude,learning investment,social practice and comprehensive literacy,and their proportion shows as following: 0.3619,0.1256,and 0.0819;the top five ranking of the second-level indicators ’ proportion is the attendance rate,teaching ability,progressive range,classroom performance and teaching practice;for the third-level indicators,the top five raking of the proportion is the absence,trial lecture,writing lesson plans,technical improvement,and leaving early.(3)This study is about building the index system of the regular grades’ evaluation for physical education majors under the guidance of the fourth-generation education evaluation theory.The evaluation index system contains quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators and emphasizes the combination of these two indicators.Some parts of the index belong to the process evaluation indicators and highlight the process evaluation.Index evaluation requires the participation of multi-subjects of teachers and students,attach importance to the participation of multiple subjects,and respect students’ subject status.(4)Compared with previous studies,the new indicators of this study involve teaching organizations,teaching practice,competition organizations and arrangements and referees,which are consistent with the requirements of physical education majors training programs.In the past,physical education majors in sports college/universities were less studied,and this study will be an important supplement to the study of the regular grades evaluation index system. |
