In recent years,the Ministry of education has issued the "opinions of the Ministry of education on the training plan for excellent teachers" and "opinions of the Ministry of education on the implementation of the training plan for excellent teachers 2.0" and other documents.Under this background,based on the above two documents’ ideas,objectives,contents and methods for the training of excellent teachers,eight representative universities in Guangxi are selected Colleges and universities,the use of literature,content analysis,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics,etc.for the selection of colleges and universities of physical education professional training program analysis and research.Based on the above survey,this study makes a comparative analysis of the talent training programs of the eight selected universities from the three aspects of curriculum objectives,curriculum structure and curriculum content.Firstly,it analyzes the training objectives of physical education in Colleges and universities,including the orientation and content of objectives;secondly,it analyzes the curriculum structure of Teacher Education in Colleges and universities,including the overall curriculum structure of physical education major,the attribute structure of teacher education curriculum,and the domain structure of Teacher Education Curriculum;finally,it analyzes the curriculum content of teacher education,including children’s development and learning This paper analyzes the following aspects:curriculum,basic curriculum,subject education and activity guidance curriculum,mental health and moral education curriculum and practice curriculum.Through the analysis,there are some problems in the setting of curriculum objectives,such as the inaccurate positioning of objectives and the lack of forward-looking contents;in the aspect of curriculum structure,there are some problems,such as the different standards for the division of the overall curriculum structure,the low proportion of teacher education curriculum credits,the unreasonable setting of teacher education curriculum contents and curriculum fields,and the convergence of curriculum structures in different types of colleges and universities There are some problems,such as the low attention of teachers’ professional ethics courses,the lack of mental health and moral education for middle school students,the narrow range of learning and development courses for middle school students,the lack of current teaching content of educational technology,and the need to deepen educational practice courses.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the curriculum of teacher education.Firstly,the training objectives should be set according to the concept of excellent teachers;secondly,the reasonable structure of teacher education curriculum should be established;thirdly,the content of teacher education curriculum should be optimized;finally,the practice module of Teachers should be improved.
