A hundred year plan,education oriented;Teachers are the foundation of education.Teachers’ group is the educational cornerstone of cultivating all kinds of high-quality talents.It plays an extremely important role in the process of national rejuvenation,national prosperity and social progress.Therefore,continuously promoting the reform and development of teacher education and cultivating high-quality teacher groups has become a key point in the field of education around the world.Cultivating outstanding teachers in various disciplines has become the ultimate goal of teacher education.As a special group of teachers,PE teachers not only shoulder the teaching of theoretical knowledge in the fields of sports and health,but also undertake the teaching of practical skills such as sports technology teaching,extracurricular physical exercise,sports training,sports competition organization,etc;It is not only a professional subject to help students achieve the four-dimensional school sports goal of "enjoying fun,strengthening physique,perfecting personality and tempering will",but also the main force to serve the implementation of national strategies such as sports power and healthy China.Therefore,in the new era and new development stage,it is more necessary to deepen the curriculum reform of excellent physical education teachers and cultivate more excellent physical education teachers based on the development law of teacher education and the particularity of physical education.Using the research methods of literature,comparative analysis,interview,logic and so on,taking the training curriculum of excellent physical education teachers as the research object,based on the theoretical interpretation of the training of excellent physical education teachers and the text analysis of the training curriculum of national first-class undergraduate physical education professionals in 15 colleges and Universities,and on the basis of deeply grasping the spirit of the national training plan of excellent teachers and drawing lessons from the training experience of foreign excellent physical education teachers,This paper studies the curriculum of cultivating excellent PE teachers from three theoretical aspects: training objectives,curriculum structure and curriculum content.According to the research results,the following conclusions are drawn:1.excellent physical education teachers refer to high-quality professional and innovative physical education teachers who have noble teachers’ ethics and profound educational feelings,master solid physical education related knowledge and skills,have the courage to innovate teaching and training,and have outstanding teaching and training ability,educational ability and lifelong learning and development ability.2.the curriculum for the training of excellent physical education teachers refers to the scientific arrangement and design of the training objectives,curriculum structure and curriculum content of excellent physical education teachers for the purpose of training excellent physical education teachers according to the relevant national policy documents.3.15 the colleges and universities with the national first-class undergraduate physical education major are mainly divided into three types:application-oriented,innovative and compound,and most of them focus on the training orientation of application-oriented and compound talents.However,there is a lack of specific training classification in the orientation of talent training,that is,it is not clear that it is to train PE teachers in preschool,primary school or middle school,and it fails to implement the spirit of the national policy,so there is a large degree of deviation.It is urgent to describe the training objectives from the four aspects of "practicing teachers’ ethics,learning to teach,learning to educate and learning to develop",and to be specific to the three levels of preschool,primary and secondary schools.4.The 15 colleges and universities with the national first-class undergraduate physical education major have different standards in the division of talent training curriculum structure,and the curriculum setting is too random to implement the spirit of the national policy.Therefore,the curriculum structure of training excellent PE teachers should be divided into four modules: general education curriculum,professional education curriculum,teacher education curriculum and practical education curriculum.According to the conclusion,the following suggestions are made:1.according to the spirit of national policies,colleges and universities offering physical education majors actively implement the spirit of relevant national policies,based on the ultimate goal of cultivating excellent physical education teachers,define the specific goal of cultivating excellent physical education teachers in preschool,primary school or middle school,and describe the training objectives from the four aspects of "practicing teachers’ ethics,learning to teach,comprehensive education and learning to develop",so as to scientifically set up courses and subjects,Improve the support of the curriculum to the talent training objectives.2.according to the spirit of national policies such as excellent teacher training plan and normal professional certification standard,the excellent physical education teacher training curriculum should be divided into four modules: general education curriculum,professional education curriculum,teacher education curriculum and practical education curriculum.The curriculum of each module should aim at the training goal of excellent physical education teachers,so as to achieve the high support of the curriculum for the training goal.3.the training courses for outstanding physical education teachers set up are mainly the policy spirit of opinions 2.0 and the certification standards for teachers’ majors.There is still a lack of research on the superposition effect of policies based on the curriculum standards for teacher education and teachers’ professional standards,which is also the inadequacy of the research and the focus of future research. |
