Under the background of the training of excellent teachers,this study analyzesthe opinions of the Ministry of Education on the implementation of the excellent teacher training Program and the opinions of the Ministry of Education on the implementation of the excellent teacher training Program 2.0.It is understood that these two documents provide a theoretical basis for the study of this paper from the aspects of concept,objectives,content and methods.Eight representative normal universities were selected,and the training schemes of primary education majors in the selected schools were compared and analyzed by using the method of literature,and the methods of questionnaire and interview were used.The students and teachers majoring in primary education in one of the normal universities were investigated and studied.Based on the above investigation,this study analyzes the current situation from three aspects.firstly,it makes a comparative analysis of the talent training programs for primary education majors in normal universities.This paper analyzes the training objectives of the talent training program,the curriculum structure of teacher education,and the curriculum of teacher education.secondly,it analyzes the operation of teacher education curriculum for primary education majors in normal universities.This paper analyzes the completion of practical hours of teacher education curriculum,the application of teachers' teaching methods,the completion of teachers' curriculum content and the degree of teachers' understanding of the present situation of primary education.Finally,the implementation effect of teacher education curriculum for primary education specialty in normal universities is analyzed.from the point of view of students,the effect of achieving teacher education curriculum objectives,the satisfaction of teacher education curriculum and the understanding of outstanding teachers are analyzed.Through the analysis,it is found that the four major problems are: first,the embodiment of "cultivating human nature" in the training goal is not enough;second,the overall concept in the curriculum structure of teacher education is relatively lacking,and the third is that the content of teacher education curriculum is relatively single as a whole.Fourth,the implementation process of teacher education curriculum does not pay enough attention to practicality.In depth analysis and summary of the four main reasons,the first is the conflict between teacher education curriculum standards and professional curriculum standards,and the second is that the understanding of teacher education curriculum in normal colleges and universities is not unified.The third is that the implementation of the latest educational developments in normal colleges and universities lags behind,the fourth is that the educational facilities of normal colleges and universities are not complete,and the fifth is that the awareness of lifelong learning and professional development of teachers and students is relatively weak.Finally,the paper puts forward the idea of setting up teacher education curriculum from four aspects: the first is to integrate the concept of excellentteacher training into the training goal,the second is to set up a reasonable teacher education curriculum structure,and the third is to enrich the content of teacher education curriculum.The fourth is to strengthen the attention to the practicality of teacher education curriculum and re-establish the teacher education curriculum module.
