The formation of informal groups is a normal and common prosocial group phenomenon,which should be studied correctly and objectively.In elementary student’s informal groups,especially the seniors,their age is a bit long,is in the period of adolescence,self independent consciousness and gender consciousness sprouting,have to get the same feeling and the intimacy of the social demand,by meeting like-minded people to form their own fixed "circle",formed "curing" collective phenomenon.Positive informal groups can guide group members to help each other,make progress together,and actively participate in class construction.However,informal groups are also prone to gang up and have a negative attitude towards themselves and the group,which is not conducive to the development of good character and social skills.Therefore,it is necessary to study the phenomenon of"group solidification" of recess activities of senior grade students in primary schools.In this paper,through an investigation of the phenomenon of "group solidification" in the class break activities of senior grade primary school,we found the influence of the phenomenon of "group solidification" in the class break activities,studied the causes of the phenomenon,and put forward favorable guiding strategies.This research mainly adopts literature method,questionnaire survey method and so on.On the basis of combing the domestic and foreign related research results,the design used to investigate the elementary school higher grades recess activity of"curing" collective phenomenon and the teachers management way of questionnaire and interview outline,use SPSS23.0 software has carried on the descriptive analysis to questionnaire data,so as to find out the elementary school higher grades of the major effect of the phenomenon of "group curing and forming reasons,and accordingly puts forward constructive Suggestions.The author in view of the elementary school higher grades recess activity of"curing" collective phenomenon investigation and data analysis conclude that "curing phenomenon" has a positive influence and negative influence on students,forming negative influence mainly include self ideal pursue "stereotype",the group emotional interaction "psychological cure",the value realization of "self-interest",the core thought of "identity" authority,the exchange action mode of "closed shackles",factors in understanding the problems,put forward the elementary school higher grades recess activity of group behavior intervention strategies.It mainly includes the target track which is compatible with informal group goal and moves towards bidirectional group goal.Break the dual structure between groups and do a good job of guiding the core figures;Establish diversified communication channels and share highly flexible group thinking;To meet the needs of ordered flow,using positive and effective group pressure;Strengthen interactive communication and create a good cooperative management atmosphere.
