The formation of informal groups of senior primary school students is a common phenomenon in the growth stage of students.The informal groups of students form various types of informal groups due to the same interests and hobbies,similar age,similar personality characteristics,similar behavior and other reasons.The internal cohesion of the informal groups of students is strong,and its influence cannot be underestimated.It has great influence on students’physical and mental development,study style and class style construction.However,students’informal groups are in a marginal position in teachers’ management.Teachers have insufficient understanding of students’ informal groups,adopt a single method in management,and fail to provide correct and in-depth educational guidance,which to a certain extent affects the overall development of students and the effect of class management.Therefore,how to correctly understand and effectively guide and manage the objective phenomenon of informal groups of students is a practical problem facing teachers,which requires in-depth investigation and research.This study takes students in grade 5 and 6 of S primary school in Y City as the research object,mainly collects first-hand information about informal groups in senior primary school by literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and observation,and demonstrates the existence status of informal groups in senior primary school from three aspects:causes,characteristics and influences of informal groups in senior primary school.Through interview and observation analysis,the difficulties of informal group management in senior primary schools are summarized,which are mainly manifested in the lack of teachers’ understanding of informal group,the single management method of teachers,and the failure of the family and school community to form management force.This study analyzes the causes of informal group management problems in senior primary schools from the aspects of students’ informal group activities,teachers’ practice,family education and social environment,and puts forward management strategies from the aspects of students,teachers,families and society.First of all,we should play the main role of teacher management,correctly understand the informal group,classify the informal group management,establish and perfect the corresponding management system;Secondly,improve students’ ability of self-management,give play to the initiative of independent education,and give play to the management role of class cadres;Finally,strengthen the joint management of family,school and community,combined with the joint management of family,school and community resources,optimize the family education mode.The purpose of this study is to arouse the attention of teachers,parents and the society to the informal group of students,to conduct targeted education,guidance and cultivation of the informal group of students,to promote the effective management of the informal group of students,and to promote the comprehensive development of physical and mental health of pupils.
