In the process of carrying out statistical work,the most important thing to grasp is the quality of statistical data.As a statistical department,whether the final statistical data provided to the public can be accurate,objective,true and reliable will directly affect whether this part of statistical data can truly and objectively reflect the operation and development of society and economy,whether it meets the needs of logarithmic data at all levels of society,whether it can provide a strong basis for government decision-making,and whether it can lead and advance One step to promote scientific development.The quality of statistical data is not only directly related to the scientific level and accuracy of political decision-making,but also has a very serious impact on the credibility of government statistics and the overall image of national statistical departments.With the development of society,the problem of government statistical data quality is becoming increasingly prominent,and statistical data falsification and other phenomena occur from time to time,especially some emergency data falsification in Liaoning Province.At the eighth session of the 12th National People’s Congress of Liaoning Province,the city and county under the jurisdiction of Liaoning Province were first opened to the public,and the financial data falsification occurred in 2011-2014.It is pointed out that in 2011-2014,the "official data falsification" was the first time in Liaoning Province Figures and officials "cause the distortion of economic data,reduce the trust of social masses in statistical data,and greatly affect the social credibility of Liaoning provincial government.The existing data quality management model is difficult to meet the public’s requirements for the quality of statistical data.The innovation of statistical data quality management within the statistical system and between departments has become a problem to be solved by relevant statistical units.Combining with the new situation to do a good job in the statistical work of local governments in China,and truly optimize the quality of the statistical data of local governments in China,has a very important practical significance for improving the social credibility of the statistical departments,reversing the current situation of the party’s style and government style,and providing a strong basis for the central and local policies.This paper starts with the statistical data of Liaoning provincial government,through consulting relevant materials and conducting interviews in statistical institutions and enterprises at all levels,sorts out the problems in the quality of statistical data that have appeared in the specific statistical work of Liaoning provincial government,and studies the causes of the problems from various aspects to further optimize the quality of statistical data of local governments in China Some suggestions on management.This paper starts with the problems existing in the quality of Liaoning provincial government statistical data,and explores scientific,effective and reasonable measures to improve the quality of Liaoning provincial government statistical data management.Despite the efforts of all levels of departments,the quality of statistical data in Liaoning Province has improved,but there are still the following problems:first,the statistical data is seriously untrue,in recent years,there have been cases of statistical violations in Liaoning Province,and the violations are constantly updated and upgraded;second,the applicability of statistical data is low,the sharing of departmental data is not smooth,the setting of indicators is backward,and the revision of data is not as good At that time,the existing data can not meet the needs of the society for statistical information;the third is the poor connectivity of statistical data,which is not only reflected in the differences between the data of various departments,but also the data of statistical institutions in the whole province and the data of various cities can not be matched;the fourth is that the timeliness of statistical data is not enough,the distribution channels of statistical data are single,the distribution scope is limited,and the timeliness is not enough,which are the problems of most grass-roots units There are common problems in all departments,and it is inevitable for the provincial,municipal and government departments that the timeliness is not strong.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the statistical data of Liaoning Province from four aspects:the reform of statistical management system,the enlargement and system of statistics,the basic construction of statistics and the supervision of statistics,and puts forward several suggestions:first,deepen the transformation of statistical management system,mainly through the implementation of departmental statistical reform and the implementation of vertical management system of statistical system;second,strengthen the reform of statistical innovation The third is to strengthen the basic construction of statistics,mainly in the
