Research On Zhuzhou City Government’s Purchase Of Juvenile Extracurricular Sports Services

Under Under the background of the promotion of "healthy China",the contradiction between the increasing demand of social sports and the shortage of extracurricular sports service is becoming increasingly prominent.It is urgent to reform the supply mode of extracurricular sports service.In terms of the current development situation,there are many research cases in the first tier cities such as North,upper and wider,and few in the second,third and fourth tier cities.In addition,Zhuzhou extracurricular sports service purchase is still in the stage of "touching the stone and crossing the river",which faces both opportunities and challenges.Based on this,based on the perspective of extracurricular sports service supply,based on the thorough study of the theory of public goods supply,this thesis,through interviews,questionnaire survey and literature analysis between the purchasing subject and the acceptor,explores the current situation of the policy,regulations,standard system,sports social strength,and the current situation of the purchase of sports services by Zhuzhou municipal government The crux of the implementation procedure,evaluation and supervision is put forward and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.The conclusions are as follows:(1)In general,Zhuzhou municipal government does not buy the extracurricular sports services of teenagers in accordance with the government’s will,but it is based on the audience group of teenagers.However,due to the different needs of different groups,the purchase services for different groups and different objects are slightly different.(2)There are still some problems in Zhuzhou municipal government’s purchase of teenagers’ extracurricular sports,such as imperfect policies and regulations,unclear standard system,purchase mechanism not yet established,weak social strength of sports,nonstandard implementation procedures,nonstandard evaluation and supervision,etc.(3)The government purchase the extracurricular sports service of teenagers is not a day or night,but it is necessary to realize the mutual cooperation of the main body,the object and the audience.Only in this way can the government be service-oriented,the object to be undertaken can be developed well and quickly.The majority of the audience can benefit from the sports services purchased by the government and enjoy the sports experience.Through the in-depth study of Zhuzhou municipal government’s purchase of youth extracurricular sports service,thesis aims to create a good development environment for the government’s purchase of youth extracurricular sports service market,and provide some theoretical support for the sound and rapid development of youth sports in Hunan Province.
