A Study On The Cooperative Development Of School Sports And Social Sports Clubs Under The Background Of Sports Power

As primary and secondary schools optimize the exercise environment on campus,strengthen the training of sports talents and promote the development of public sports services,as well as meet the growing needs of primary and secondary schools for physical exercise,the introduction of social forces into schools has become an important way to solve these practical problems.However,the development of cooperation between school and Social Sports Club is in the bottleneck period of enterprise operation and campus cooperation.Therefore,how to break through the bottleneck,promote the rapid development of sports industry,promote the training of sports talents in primary and secondary schools,is of great significance to the development of diversified sports market models in China.On the basis of extensive reference to relevant literature and theoretical books,this paper first constructs three basic models of "school-club cooperation" in theory,and explains the internal operating mechanism of different cooperation models.Then,from the perspective of the development of "school club cooperation" club,the research methods such as expert interview,questionnaire survey,this paper makes an in-depth study on the current situation of the development of primary and middle schools and social sports clubs in Changsha,and sorts out,refines and expounds the main problems existing in them,accordingly,it puts forward the development countermeasures of cooperation between Changsha Primary and secondary schools and social clubs.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)school sports and social sports clubs include "government purchase type","school-led type","social responsibility type",and three different cooperation models which are suitable for different school and club resource conditions,has a different internal operating mechanism.(2)in view of the current situation of the development of "school-enterprise cooperation" fitness clubs in Changsha,there are the following major problems: 1 the practice of cooperation intention is not well connected,and the advantages of both sides can not be effectively exerted;2 the sense of leading the school is not strong;3the depth of school-enterprise cooperation is not enough,the cooperation field needs to be expanded,etc..(3)in view of the existing problems in the development of "school-enterprise cooperation" fitness clubs in Changsha,the following countermeasures are put forward: 1 make clear the rights and obligations of both sides,set hard assessment indicators: 2deeply analyze the needs of various parties,3 Strict Enterprise Resident Review,guide social capital investment,etc.
