Research On The Supply-side Reform Of Public Physical Education Service In Zhuzhou City

The current urban public sports service system is improving,but at the same time it also exposed some scale diseases.Such as the inefficient utilization of public sports services caused by the dislocation of supply and demand of public sports services and the improper management of public sports service facilities that seriously affect the quality of public sports services enjoyed by our citizens and thus retard the citizens' sports demand and affect the lifelong sports awareness to cultivate.Therefore,this paper investigates the supply side reform of public sports service system in Zhuzhou by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,analyzes the deep reason of the supply and demand deviation of public sports service in Zhuzhou,and proposes the corresponding supply-side reform path.It tries its best to provide a reference for the general public to understand and understand the supply side reform of the urban public sports service system by comprehensively elaborating the background,purpose,meaning,direction,principles and measures of supply side reform of urban public sports service system.The thesis is divided into the following sections:The first part is introduction.Mainly include the background of the selected topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the literaturereview and the train of thought,the background of the selected topics include the actual predicament of the urban public sports service supply in our country,which is the need of promoting the comprehensive reform to realize the sustainable development of public sports service.Public sports services adapt to the new situation of the initiative to choose;research significance is mainly to help promote and improve the urban public sports service system,expanding the public sports service supply-side reform of the research field,benefit the public sports service supply structure rebalancing,Literature review summarizes the related researches on public sports service at home and abroad as well as personal reviews and other reviews.Finally,this paper gives a brief introduction of the research ideas of the paper and the innovations of this paper,Research to clarify ideas.The second part is the research object and method.Mainly literature,questionnaires,interviews and so on.The sample selection of the questionnaire is a combination of stratified sampling and random sampling in the urban area of Zhuzhou city drawn 300 residents survey.The third part elaborates the theory of supply side reform of urban public sports service,including the definition of related concepts,the necessity of promoting the reform of supply side of public sports service and the overall train of thought of the supply side reform of public sports service;and the analysis of the current city of Zhuzhou Residents ofpublic sports services demand status quo;survey and analysis of Zhuzhou City public sports services supply status quo.The fourth part mainly analyzes the deep reason of supply and demand deviation of public sports service in urban area of Zhuzhou City.Mainly include: the main body of public sports service supply,urban public sports service supply structure is not balanced,public sports service supply efficiency is not high,the public sports service supply mechanism and policy protection is not perfect and other reasons.The fifth part is the reform of urban public sports service supply in Zhuzhou City.Mainly with the government,society and market,such as the multi-driven joint supply,and promote the allocation of resources for public sports services to equalize,optimize the management system of public sports services system,and establish public participation in urban public sports services mechanism and policy safeguard mechanism.
