Research On College Students’ Psychological Crisis Intervention From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

College students is the future of a country and nation,along with the social development and peer competition in recent years,college students face a lot of family,school,emotional stress,employment,etc,gradually produced a huge psychological pressure,some even gradually developed into psychological crisis,caused certain negative influence to the society.Therefore,in the new social situation,it has become the primary task of current educators to timely and effectively relieve the psychological pressure of college students and prevent them from producing psychological crisis.Intervention and counseling of college students’ psychological crisis should not only rely on mental health education,but also make use of the powerful role of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to attract ideological and political education to participate in it,so as to help college students establish correct life concepts and value orientation,so as to avoid psychological crisis.This thesis aims to combine the ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities,innovate the methods of psychological crisis intervention for college students,enrich the teaching content of ideological and political education,and provide a new working perspective and thinking for the psychological crisis intervention for college students.The first chapter is the introduction of this thesis,focusing on the basic work of this study.The second chapter defines the concept of college students’ psychological crisis and intervention,focuses on the psychological crisis and psychological crisis intervention related concepts,as well as the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to intervene college students’ psychological crisis related connotation is summarized.The third chapter elaborates the feasibility and necessity of the combination of ideological and political education and psychological crisis intervention of college students.The fourth chapter investigates and analyzes the mental health status of college students and the existing problems.Based on the questionnaire data,this thesis analyzes the current state of college students’ mental health,the state of psychological crisis intervention and the state of psychological crisis intervention that ideological and political education participate in,and summarizes the problems existing in the stage of emergence.The fifth chapter is based on the ideological and political education perspective of college students psychological crisis intervention countermeasures.In view of the results of the questionnaire and the problems summarized,this thesis puts forward the constructive and feasible implementation path and countermeasures for the ideological and political education to intervene the psychological crisis of college students.
