| In recent years,the ice sports has developed rapidly in our country,and the demand for ice sports professionals is also gradually expanding.The successful holding of the 2022 Beijing--Zhangjiakou Winter Olympics has made ice and snow sports rapidly popular in China and presented unprecedented opportunities for the development of ice and snow sports.This opportunity is both an opportunity and a challenge for our winter projects.At the same time,as one of the host cities of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,the development of winter sports in Hebei Province also ushered in opportunities.But the healthy and rapid development of ice and snow sports is inseparable from the training of ice and snow sports professionals.Therefore,how to train high-quality professionals of ice and snow sports has become an important work in the development of ice and snow sports in recent years,and also the most urgent problem facing the development of ice and snow sports.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview Field study method and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the students and teachers of the major of ice and snow sports in colleges and universities of Hebei Province as the research objects to study the basic situation of the major of ice and snow sports in Hebei Province as well as the current situation of the talent training of ice and snow sports,and summarizes the influencing factors of the talent training of ice and snow sports.Explore the path of ice and snow sports talents training in colleges and universities in Hebei Province.The results are as follows:(1)Learning value has a significant impact on students’ professional learning satisfaction.Through empirical research on students’ professional learning satisfaction,it is concluded that students’ learning value has a significant impact on students’ professional learning satisfaction.It can be seen that the more students learn in school,the higher their professional learning satisfaction.To improve students’ professional learning satisfaction.(2)Through the survey,it is found that colleges and universities in Hebei Province are relatively short of teachers majoring in ice and snow sports,the ratio of students to teachers is slightly higher,the number of teachers cannot meet the teaching needs,there are teachers teaching non-ice and snow sports programs,and the number of teacher training is relatively small,so they cannot obtain better professional development.(3)The society has high requirements on the professional skills of students majoring in ice and snow sports.The social demand for ice and snow sports talents is gradually expanding,and the social requirements for ice and snow sports talents are also increasing.By establishing off-campus practice teaching bases or adopting school-enterprise cooperation mode,the school makes full use of off-campus advantageous resources to supplement the shortcomings of the school in the training of ice and snow sports talents.The school will choose different practice teaching bases according to its actual situation,in order to cultivate students’ abilities in different aspects,and promote students to step forward to compound talents;At the same time,the training program and teaching arrangement of the school will also take into account the needs of the society to adjust the training objectives of students majoring in ice and snow sports.(4)According to the investigation,most of the students majoring in ice and snow sports are enrolled in the college entrance examination through the physical education channel,and they have little contact with ice and snow sports before entering the college.Therefore,they have a relatively weak skill base,a relatively long time to accept skills learning,and a relatively high learning difficulty.Students have a low understanding of the major of ice and snow sports,and their initiative in professional learning is low,which is easy to run counter to the training objectives and needs. |
