| Family labor education is an educational activity that the elder in the family play an part in the educational function of labor to children.Parents should teach their children to master physical labor skills and pay attention to the teaching of children’s inner world to set up correct labor values.Aging 6-12 years old is a critical period for children to promote the unity of body and mind and the well-round physical and mental development through physical work.So children at primary school should master the labor skills,develop good behavior habits and establish correct labor concepts.Therefore,parents should carry out labor education for their children,pay attention to cultivating their practical ability,and enable them to establish correct labor values in physical labor,so as to integrate their mind and body,knowledge and action.By conducting interviews and questionnaires among primary school students,parents and teachers in Huangzhou City,we can analyse the present situation of labor education in family labor education as well as the judgement of family labor education.In family labor education,physical problems manifest themselves in the absence of work content,and the soul problems lie in the labor cognitive deviation,neglect of physical labor and shortage of inner motivation.There exists some problems in the process of implementing labor education in many families,such as shortage of non-evaluation,incomplete evaluation,unsystematic evaluation and so on.As for the causes leading to the above problems in family labor education in Huangzhou city.from the body perspective,it is mainly due to the poor ability to practise and the disqualification of labor ability,and from the soul perspective,it is mainly because the society and schools do not pay enough attention to family labor education.One important reason to the problems lies in the neglect of students’ physical labor and the shortage of family systematic and comprehensive labor education system.According to the problems in family labor education,it is proposed that parents should teach children physical labor and strengthen their body through physical labor;that parents should teach children physical labor and strengthen their body through physical labor;that parents should help children establish a correct labor concept and nourish their "hearts" through culture;that parents should cultivate children to develop good working habits from an early age and promote children’s unity of knowledge and action;and that parents should make use of the social strength to promote the implementation of family labor education. |
